Booked an online appointment for 3:35 and when I walked in I was told to pick my color and wait. I waited a full hour before I was sat down to get my full set, as I was about to be helped she told me another coworker would be doing mine when she was finished with her client and started working on someone who came in after me. I was told to wait another 40 minutes and I ended up walking out. Extremely unprofessional. I’m not sure the point of making appointments is for.

I expressed to the nail tech that my french tips were not looking how i wanted and that the tip was too thick twice and she told me to put my hand under the lamp anyway. I do not recommend at all.

My sister and I went in for gel pedicures and dip nails. We had appointments for 11AM and I was pleasantly surprised we got right in. However, I sat for over 15 minutes before anyone started on me and there were employees just standing and sitting around. They were unfriendly, rude, and made the entire experience awkward. My sister’s pedicure turned out so poorly we decided that we did not want them to do our nails. I had to take my own wax plastic bags off because the lady doing my pedicure left to start on another customer and didn’t even bother coming back to finish mine. I waited well over 15 minutes before I decided to just do it myself. We will not be returning. Terrible experience.
Also, we were fairly confident an employee who was doing nails could tell we were not happy and she offered to nothing about it. Save your money and go anywhere but here!

These were supposed to be my wedding nails and I absolutely do not like them. The first photo is what I left with, the second photo was what I showed them I wanted. At first I couldn’t figure out what I didn’t like, then I noticed it was the shape. The shape is horrible, they didn’t even try to shape them into a nice square shape. I will be going somewhere else to have them redone. Doesn’t help the staff wasn’t nice when I showed them what I wanted either. If they couldn’t do it well then they should have said that and I would have asked for something else.

DO NOT GO HERE.
Listen. I have been an Ispa Supporter since it came to town, but not anymore.
The owner is a jerk, to everyone, his employees, his customers anyone.
I went to get an eyebrow wax. They told me it was going to be 20 minute wait. I waited for 45 minutes.. and when I said “hey how long until I can go I’ve been waiting a long time.”
He proceeded to SCREAM at me saying “he was just guessing the time.”
So I waited 5 MORE MINUTES.
AND LEFT.
DON’T give your money to this guy. He is mean and rude and doesn’t deserve it. I cannot believe he is still able to have a business, especially with how rude he is to not only his customers but his employees (the ones who actually do most of the work)
Please support other places and show this guy that kindness goes a long way!

Almost 2 hours into a Pedi that should take an hour max. And most of my time was spent watching the tech that started my service do someone else's finger nails after that customers' Pedi was completed by a different tech. They also let me sit in cold water...Won't be back. This place has gone down hill
Also I just wanted regular nail polish... It's difficult AF to tell which polish colors are available on the sample cards for regular polish

Had a terrible experience here. Made an appointment for two pedicures at the same time for 9:00 am. The first pedicure, for a male guest, started at 9:15 am. The second pedicure, for a female wanting shellac removal/new color, started at 9:45 am. The male tech did not even cut my cuticles and disregarded everything from the menu. It was a very disappointing service and not worth $119.

I stopped in ISpa to get my nails filled, and while my nails are lovely, it was the most unhinged two hours of my life. During those two hours, the man (who has a 21 year old son) doing my nails proceeded to tell me that he used to have a crush on Taylor Swift when she was 18/19, but she's too old for him now... He spent the vast majority of the time complaining to me of his dating woes, and telling me how stupid girls are? at one point, he asked me if I knew what OnlyFans is... And then proceeded to tell me about it...
The owner, sitting right next to us this whole time, also made a comment to his customer about how "St Louis is getting really bad because all of the white and Asian people are moving out"

Staff don't talk or offer to help you at all. One guy sits in a pedicure chair on his phone with his dirty shoes on. When anyone comes in he shouts to ask them what they want then tell them where to sit. One girl sits on her phone texting while customers wait in a chair for her to start the manicure. Extremely unprofessional and uncomfortable. Will not go back.

I can't remember my nail techs name but he is the one with a different light then everyone. she is really talkative but that's ok. He does a really good job. talks about things i don't need to know about his life. I DON'T RECOMMEND NICK! he is terrible rude and has a terrible attitude. i was getting my nails done by the one I like and nick was arguing with someone on the phone and with someone about their nails they didn't like. I definitely recommend the nail tech with a different light though. Hope you have a good experience like me
