I went in there a couple of weeks ago asking about sewing needles and nobody knew anything about them. If you don't want Amazon taking your business, hire people who know what they're selling. Good riddance to Saint Joseph incompetence.

Disappointed with the handicap parking and accessibility. It is difficult to open the door, pushing the wheelchair. Each door opens a different direction. Aisles are difficult to navigate. The female staff member was helpful in searching for specific fleece.

Mike and John are always very helpful at the cutting table, and everyone there is knowledgeable and helpful. Great selection of fabric, and good sales being run all the time. Recently I've used their curbside pick up a couple of times and they've been very quick with their service. I wish that you didn't have to use an app to take advantage of their coupons, but that seems to be the way of retail in 2023.

They have a nice selection of fabric to chose from. The customer service is awful tho! On 2 different occasions I have had issues. One I went in to get a fabric I knew that I needed that I ran out of it was 7:30 I walked in they told me that they close in 10 mins I looked at my phone I said it’s 7:30 she ignored my comment and said well the cutting counter is closed I said when does it close she stated 5 mins before close so 7:55 I said but it’s 7:30 I know what I need and where it is she stated sorry we are closed. Another occasion it was 5 and we walked in we were greeted with a hello and we carried on, we were there about an hour picking out fabrics for a quilt and we went to the counter to be told all the sale advertisements aren’t honored tell the fallowing day I stated well it would of been nice to be told that when we walked in and the lady at the counter stated well we can’t work over night. Well that’s cool but that’s not what I’m talking about! So we got the item numbers and got them together online to only have the online not work at all but charge our card 3 times! We have been to Joanns multiple times only to have a bad experience almost everytime these were just the times that sent me over the edge! I’ll be ordering and going else we’re from now on!
