Been coming here for a while now. This is a really good place to load if you get Laura as a loader she’s super quick and passionate about her job. She gets you in and out. Every time I come I hope it’s her I see knocking on my door! She gets business done!

Dry van receiving/shipping entrance is on the north east side of the plant,pull up to a guard shack and they will direct you or even give you a dock door,first come first serve facility,took about three hrs to load,the scales are only set up for the grain trailers,didn’t see any restrooms,Whs workers come to you before being loaded and after,never did I leave my truck,slide tandems to the rear

Had an appointment at 8 am, was given a door right away , when the guy came up to me and told me that my load wasn’t ready please come back like in 4-5 hours, so I came four hours later, they again gave me the door and in like 30 minutes the broker called me saying my load wasn’t going be ready today)

Avoid this place. Hour past my told appointment to get dock. After two hours in dock I walked in to see what was up. They were unloading me? I'm here picking up why are you taking product off my wagon? Had some wrong stuff on we were confused. Yeah hopefully I get the right load. Save yourself the headache and haul a load from someone else.

No bathroom inside. Only this honey bucket that’s close to the dock doors but you still kinda have to look for.

Lifeline Foods (Saint Joseph, MO)The actual entrance to the Shipping & Receiving entrance is on S 17th Street off of Garfield Avenue. Usually, most GPS devices will direct drivers to the main entrance part of the facility (which is on a different street and designated for smaller automobiles).In addition to that, the check-in guard shack allows drivers to stay within their respective diesel-trucks without exiting to check-in. I didn’t have any issues with the load#/check-in# that Uber Freight provided; so, there shouldn’t be any concern or problems checking-in (with the load information Uber provides via the mobile-application).Furthermore, there’s plenty of space for drivers to turn around and dock, in which the dock door area is very spacious.Also, there’s no physical bathrooms available for drivers or a driver lounge area/facility, but there is a Port-A-Potty available near the dock door area for drivers to utilize and the loaders are quick and straightforward (I was loaded in about 30-45 minutes).Lastly, the area in- and around- the facility is not spacious. So, there’s no overnight parking (from what I seen).PLEASE do not rely on the shipper’s weigh scale and PLEASE scale load at a nearby CAT Scale, because the loaded freight can be heavy.

This place is bad. 3 hours and counting. With a dry van. Was just told that the product they loaded might be bad so now I’m being unloaded. Unbelievable. Reject loads coming here at all cost. Because that’s what it will do. COSY YOU

Came here to pickup live load ..... The wait wasn't too bad about 1 hour or so .....Check in with the Guard Shack, 2811 South 16th and, Garfield Ave, St Joseph, MO 64503 ..... Weight was a little off for California .....
