As a new user, They have been great in helping me with my cpap, they have helped me with multiple masks to make sure I'm getting the right one for my sleeping habits. Glad to be using them.

Worst customer service in the world. They act like they don't care and will treat you poorly. They don't answer questions and say that's just how it's done, it's a shame they have the monopoly in our area and we have no other choice. And yes, I have tried calling and I keep getting a rude woman who doesn't want to take care of anyone and the manager is never available

Absurd customer service. Doesn't follow thru with what they promise and none of the employees/managers are on the same page creating much much agitation on the part of their customer!

The people are welcoming and very nice. No problems whatsoever. Very knowledgeable people! Everything about my new bipap was explained in detail and he made sure I understood how it works. The BEST experience!!!

It is a holiday but have been calling the 24 hour line for 6 hours now. Patient is 24 hour oxygen and the concentrator is not working. Keeps shutting down. Have yet to get assistance and keep being told to call 911. None is offering any solution even after requesting supervisor assistance. HORRIBLE SERVICE! Apparently they don't if a patient is alive or not!

I have been awaiting for a replacement Cpap machine for several weeks and have been told that it is in the St Joseph office. I have repeatedly called them and have had no success. The National sales office has also attempted to contact them without success. They do not answer their phone and apparently are not concerned with patient care

When ever have an oxygen problem I always get good service. When I call the office they are always friendly and helpful. I would recommend them to anyone.

I had a sleep study two weeks ago. Vivian called me several days later saying they had received the report and that she would ask the nurse if she could change my setting remotely or if I had to bring in my machine. I called today because I hadn't heard anything. The nurse knew nothing about it. I don't know who dropped the ball here, but from other comments and my own past experiences, this is nothing new. This is a poorly run office.

Lincare has caring and knowledgeable respiratory professionals who have served me well at my home in Idaho for almost 2 years and I am now on the highway driving to Atlanta, GA and Lincare is meeting us in towns along the route with new tanks and supplies!
