The sites are not full hookup, with no sewer at the sites. The concrete pads are narrow, which can make maneuvering a large trailer difficult and has caused damage, with rocks and boulders presenting a poor design. There is noticeable highway and station traffic noise. Furthermore, there can be maintenance issues such as overflowing trash cans, dumpsters blocking the dump station, and an abundance of animal feces throughout the sites with no dog bag dispensers.
