Worst loves I have ever been to. Understanding is apparent. One cashier to run both side of the store. Been like this all weekend. There a trash can that been not touched in weeks by the looks of things behind the trucks. Staff walking around the parking lot yelling about god knows what. Management and the loves brand would be embarrassed of this location. I have never been to a loves that was managed this poorly. And this understaffed.

Love’s is wonderful for traveling with dogs!!! They have a great dog run here! Great individual sides for small or large dogs! Thank you Love’s! Even have the dog bags to clean up your dogs poop!!! And have a few RV spots!!!

I thought I'd make you aware that ventura Foods. A local 24/7 manufacturer located just 7 miles away. is having trucks that have checked in to their facility and are waiting to be loaded/unloaded to exit the property to park at your store. If I were loves, i would capitalize on it. Since truck stop parking is supposed to be for rest breaks, not holding lots for surrounding businesses

Absolutely terrible job plowing the lot today more focused or worried about the cars while trucks are stuck everywhere cause they never plowed the lot the make like one or two passes then disappear smh

Hey Love's Travel Stops!! Your Shift Manager Adam & his Team here in St Joseph, MO is handling this snowpocalypse like the badasses they are! Adam worked tirelessly about 24 hours before heading home. They definitely deserve recognition for providing exceptional service with the short staff they had! Keep up the great work! Don recognizing the teams work is phenomenal. Definitely will patronize this stop again! 🫶❄️⛄️

I've been to this truck stop several times through the years. Never really had a complaint until now. Overall, things are well stocked, general cleanliness is good, and the staff has been very friendly. So I'm only giving it one star lower because of the fan in the shower room. You can clean the shower room all you want, but eventually, that fan will need a cleaning too. I've seen small chunks of the muck gathered on the fan fly off while it's running. The fan is festively decorated with streamers, twirling and flopping in the air as the fan runs. Oh, wait a minute. That's people hair, not streamers! If they leave it, after a while, you won't even feel air blowing in front of it. I've experienced that at a Pilot shower in Gary, IN years ago. I'll be letting management know about the fan. And I'm sure they will rectify the problem.
Today, 1-17-25, I see the garbage hasn't been taken care of. I came in yesterday, and the trash hasn't been touched. How many shifts does it take for St. Joseph Love's to get the garbage out?

In 2015, I was introduced to Love’s by the best trainer I could ever ask for, Dan. Little did I know I would fall head over heels in love with Love’s! It even rhymes: “I fell in love with Love’s!” You might wonder, what makes Love’s so special?
First, their name and logo are simply perfect. Some things in life are just meant to be, like the last name “Love.” It resonates beautifully with our human values and Christian principles. Love’s philosophy and environment align perfectly with the friendliness and playfulness found in Western European cultures—a true home away from home.
Here are just a few things I adore about Love’s:
1. **Warm Welcome**: The greeting, “Welcome to Love’s!” sets the tone for an amazing experience. It’s music to my ears!
2. **Free Parking**: A generous perk for customers that adds to the convenience.
3. **Delicious Offerings**: Their salads and the new Organic Cold Pressed juices by Love’s are fantastic. Even the Yuka app gives them a high rating, reflecting their commitment to caring for customers.
4. **Immaculate Showers**: Spotless and well-maintained, they are among the best out there.
As I drive along America’s highways and see the Love’s signs, I can't help but stop in—even when I don’t need fuel or anything else. It feels like a scene from a movie, reminiscent of The Sopranos: “When I thought I was out, they pulled me back in!” I’m addicted to Love’s!
The competition has a tough road ahead. If they want to survive, they’ll need to adapt or consider buying Love’s out—but I doubt that will happen anytime soon! I foresee Love’s winning hearts all across the USA and maybe even abroad.
The staff are exceptional! Today, Mark, an attendant, took care of me with unmatched attention to detail, professionalism, and a positive attitude. His service truly made my day!

Worst place ever, went there to get gas because we were on E. And, they told me that my $16.62 transaction didn’t go through, but it showed on my bank that it did. And, I asked to speak to a manager. And, she wasn’t any better. She basically called My Husband and I a liar in front of our daughter, even though we had more than enough proof. Will never return there ever again, and I would not recommend them to anyone. And, they never gave us our money.

I had some time to kill so I thought I’d get my oil changed. I was told by the first tech about 1 hour wait. Checked back in about 2.5 hours in with the manager that was in the shop and he advised 1 more hour wait and they’ll be calling me. It’s been a week and they still haven’t called. That shop is a joke. Hey “loves” I took my money else where and will never go back to a Loves. By reading the reviews it looks like this is a regular practice here. Someone needs to be fired. EVERYONE is replaceable!
