I walked in and was greeted right away. I was able to try out multiple mattress to find the perfect mattress and base. The experience was fantastic and I will definitely go back for all my mattress needs.

Great experience purchasing our new bed! The sales man wasn’t pushy at all, asked questions that helped him determine what might be the best fit for us, and offered a great selection for comparison. They also offered amazing financing options. We couldn’t be happier and are sleeping better already!

We had an amazing experience with Mattress Firm! They were able to guide us to find the best mattress for us without being pushy or trying to talk us into a more expensive mattress. Their sales give you a great price and they have a policy that if there is a better price within 4 months you can get money back (which we did)! You also have a period of time to make sure the mattress works for you or you can return it. Finally, their delivery system and guys were wonderful. They came in a timely manner and were careful in getting our mattress up to our upstairs bedroom, setting it up and hauling the old one away. We highly recommend them!

Rick, at the St. Joseph, MO location, was fantastic!! Not only was he knowledgeable about every kind of bed in the store, he went above & beyond to help us with our purchase. He answered all of our questions & explained everything to us & all the options available. Thank You Rick for all your help & making our purchase a pleasant experience.

Highly recommend! Aj & David were great, they had awesome teamwork, they were very kind, and very knowledgeable. They helped my husband and I find an awesome bed at an awesome price! David was very friendly and knowledgeable about what my wife needed as she is house bound with COPD and is on oxygen 24 hours a day. It was a pleasure working with him.
