I was greeted and I was able to browse store by myself. That is precisely how I like it. I had a pretty fair idea of what I was looking for.
As soon as I was finishing up, the ladies immediately answered any questions I had. They were absolutely the greatest and customer service was Top Notch. The prices are really good. I did want an item that was not in stock. My problem is that I have a 7 5/8 hat size. Even the Stetson website doesn’t have everything in every size.
I would recommend this to everyone looking for a Stetson or Resistol hat.”

“Unlike the Stetson Outlet store, my shopping experience here was terrific. Extremely helpful and attentive staff helping me look for what I wanted. Should have bought my straw hat here and not at the Stetson store. Prices were reasonable and ended up finding quite a few things for the kids.”
