Arrived there at open and the store was not open. The employee was sleeping in his car. So I went to the other location located by South Belt Walmart.

Talking to an attorney the next business day but I accidently bought a screen protector for my moto g power that did not fit my screen. Asked for a refund later in the day since I had somewhere I needed to be, only to be told they do not offer refunds. This leaves a bad taste in my mouth since the lady I talked only wanted to tell me what she couldnt do, they didnt have no returns posted anywhere visible that I could tell, and it makes this whole thing stink of a scam. I called and spoke with Metro customer service dept regarding this issue as well and she said that this should be able to refunded by one the metro stores i got it from.

There's a ilttle c*** that works in this store that is a skinny Spanish b**** I asked how to unlock my phone and she was very rude told me she was helping someone else ok i Reacted that then she turned psychotic and said to leave her store today really b**** I'll be waiting for you after work catch ya outside B**** c***

I been with metro for a a few years now and never had a complain before, but ever since t mobile took over its been difrent and in a good way! The speed of the internet is crazy! streaming doesnt take long any more and my signal is even better. I used to get 3 bars top 4 at home on good days and now Im on 5 bars solid almost all the time! so glad t mobile took over!
