I went into the store to try to fix my account since I couldn't make it receive calls due to an esim issue and the representative in the store Arianna was wonderful! Even though she was not able to resolve the issue and I all leaving Metro because of customer care Arianna was professional and tried everything she could to help! Thanks again!!!

There's a ilttle c*** that works in this store that is a skinny Spanish b**** I asked how to unlock my phone and she was very rude told me she was helping someone else ok i Reacted that then she turned psychotic and said to leave her store today really b**** I'll be waiting for you after work catch ya outside B**** c***
