Zero stars!! I shop here all the time and had a product that could not be tested in store purchased from here. When I got home to check if it worked, it did not work at all. I tried to message them last night because they were closing when I went in to make the purchase and asked to just exchange the product out this morning. THEY WOULD NOT , take the exchange when it's close to $100 worth of product brand new, and they hung up on me during the phone call for asking questions. If this is not resolved I will make sure myself and no one else I knows will go there for anything again. Worst customer service of all time.
What is the direct way to contact because I called and the ladies there just said they would not help me and ended up hanging up on me.

I literally showed you exactly what I wanted I said sour house watermelon. Never said iced and the product was never opened but whatever it is what it is at this point maybe my next experience will be better
