Petco is a nice store with great customer service and more than adequate facilities for the animals. It is fun to visit and not overly crowded. The staff are fantastic, friendly, and very helpful, working hard and caring for animal wellbeing. The highly qualified professionals provide full-service grooming, veterinarian services, and pet adoption services. The store offers a broad range of brand-name pet nutrition products and supplies for many types of pets. However, the prices for these quality products do come with quality prices. It is a nice store to be able to bring pets into, where employees take prompt action and provide helpful explanations about products.
Service is hit or miss but mostly miss. Staff is not fully educated in each department which makes it a struggle. When you get customers service, most of the staff is genuine and down to earth.

I love Petco they always have what my pet needs. Duchess is always happy with the wet Tiki cat food and Nulo dry kitten food that I buy her.

Had everything we needed for our fur babies, employees were also helpful with finding anything. Will back back again for my fur baby in the future!
