The employee is super nice but she always the only one working here. Sometimes I need help in the store but she will have a line at the register and I'm not sure if she is even allow to leave the register unattended to go help me.

Gave it a 3 star, do to the fact they barely have what I needed.. can barely get down aisles the store looks like a tornado went threw it. Do better! I'm assuming a manager was still opening/cleaning reptiles. Fish didn't look bad other than water spots on glass.

If you take your dog to petco in St Joseph MO be prepared to pick up your fur baby scared and shaking with poop all over them shaking in the corner. I had to go in the back and get her because the groomer was working on another puppy while holding mine on a leash while she shaking in the corner. She’s an 8 pound miniature poodle. I’ll never take her there again.

This store is a lot smaller than the other Petsmart but it's a lot cleaner as well. I will be going back there soon

Very nice store. I went into drop off a package for Amazon, and the young lady who helped me was fantastic. Great customer service. Spoke to everyone coming and going from the store.

This store is nice to be able to bring pets into! There is a groomer in the salon, Hali, she's the best! Always helping me and even talked me into adopting a cat a few years ago!

Was fun had great service and more than adequate facilities for the animals at the store as well not overly crowded had a great time. Prices for quality products however do come with quality prices please keep this in mind they do of course

Went here yesterday & the people working were busy & working hard. We noticed one hamster couldn’t reach his water very well & mentioned it to an employee who took action promptly. Nice to see people working that care for animals wellbeing down to a little hamster ??
