Went in to buy some food for my daughter's dog. Took the bag to the checkout and I wouldn't let my husband carry it as he had just had a heart procedure on Friday. He started to pick it up as he was embarrassed anyway. I said no and the clerk made a smart comment about doing a man's job or something to that effect. I smarted right back and said that he just had a heart procedure and my husband said at the same time that he had a heart condition. I probably won't be back. We've done quite a bit of business with them in the past.

I took my two dogs in because I had such good experience at the PetSmart in Kirksville, MO. I REGRET my choice to go to this groomer!! I showed them a picture of what my dog always got AND it’s in her records. They shaved ALL her beautiful hair off her ears and for some reason left hair around her head that’s now uneven with her body! $145 for my two (under 20lb dogs) to look absolutely horrible!! I will update with before and after pics soon! Also, upon dropping them off they told me it would take at least three hours. They called me an hour and 10min after I left saying both dogs were done. They didn’t even take their time!

They shaved my silky yorkie down to the skin due to an attitude and they took 3 1/2 hours to do it. BEWARE. I WILL NEVER TAKE MY PUPPY THERE AGAIN. LIBERTY WAS THE GROOMER. AND KELSIE WAS THE GROOMING MANAGER ON DUTY. I PRAY THEY NEVER DO ANYONE ELSE THAT WAY. 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽.
