Daisy made the loan process of buying our home so understandable! This was the part I was most worried about when I started and after just a few conversations, she had my complete trust to get me through it!

I have been working with Brianna Purdy a lending agent for Prime Lending for over a year now. I am a 61 year old disabled man who is in remission from cancer. I have been wanting to use my VA loan to purchase a home. Brianna has made that possible for me by guiding me throughout the process by staying focused on the goals she has set for me. There were some bumps in the road but she didn’t waver instead it was just the opposite seeking to find a way to my dream of becoming a homeowner a reality. Her professionalism showed throughout the entire process. I can’t say enough about this young lady. On Friday March 22, 2025 I closed on my first home. This certainly couldn’t have been possible without the VA and her guidance. Thank you so much for all you do. Prime Lending should be very proud of her and her team. Very grateful! 😊

They stood in our corner every step of the way. We had some delays/issues on getting the documents they needed. And would've been helpful if they just told us all they'd need up front. But they were patient, supportive, and assisted us with kindness.

They were very helpful, especially the loan officer we had been in contact with. There was no wait times for phone calls, text messages and information. Very easy to contact, and answered any and every question possible to be as helpful as they could. Worked with us in on our loan to make it right for us.
