I'm taking my car here a couple of times and I love it they are really kind to you they're respectful and they get your car fixed without you having to spend a whole lot of money to do it I think they're really good guys

Don't, just don't! Stopped for an oil change and dude was SLOPPY! Thanks for the message under my hood. Even tried telling me that my washer reservoir was leaking. Another employee asked him if he over filled it and he said he did! Please don't waste your time and money going here. Oil and washer fluid all over and never checked my wipers, filters, anything! In and out in under 10 mins. That is NOT a proper oil change!

I called ahead to find out how much an oil change would be. the guy I talked to on the phone was really nice and helpful. When I got there I got to wait in my car the whole time. The oil change only took 9 minutes. they were very nice to me the whole time and answered my questions. I will be bringing my car here from now on and would recommend

Spilled oil all over my engine…
Then lied about filling all my tired to 70 psi
If they lie about that, what else do they half ass??
I won’t return,…and I have 6 vehicles that I used to take here

Called to verify they had time to do a quick, basic oil change and an estimate of what it would cost. Over the phone, was told to bring my vehicle in and they'd get right on it, and that oil changes were $47.
Low and behold, once the job was done, the total was nearly DOUBLE what I had been told just a mere 30 minutes prior. I felt extremely pressed to pay the fees after being ignored by the tech asking for payment (he had ear buds in as he was working).
If I hadn't have been pressed for time, I surely would have gone elsewhere initially, and after this, will refuse to come back to this location.

I have had my oil changed here a couple of times now. I have never been to a place that literally has you pull right in and change your oil while you are sitting in your car
. Both time were so fast it was amazing. I also had them do a air conditioner recharge, which was my most recent service. I made an appointment for this one because the tech is only there mon- Fri... He was super nice and they got my air-conditioning back to cold again!!!! The price wasn't too bad either. I will continue to go back to Pro Lube.

These guys are great!; I' was running around all day doing errands, and then I realized that my car was so in need of a good lube job and Boom! There's the shop. It was around closing time but they didn't have any problems with the time. I also needed power steering fluid. Without the blink of an eye.. they were done, ? Amazing people and very very courteous. I HIGHLY recommend this place. They also use Castrol Synthetic oil and I think it's a lot better oil, especially on a 2011 Dodge Charger with 237,00+miles and still running like new. Hey Guys... This is the most traumatizing place for me. Some workers here are rude and call me stupid, just because I don't know what to do. I'm a new driver , I don't drive in my country, on my first time coming here, trying to do my oil change here, there's one guy in the computer very mad doing the job. Calling me stupid. I was about to cry, trying to hold on my tears in front of them because I felt so embarrassed. This is my very first time trying to own my own... my husband was away working. So I had to go and do it. So to warn everyone. Don't go to this place specifically if you're a first-timer. They don't have the patience to do it... There's more places that deserve to have our money and willingness to do the job nicely and professionally.... very uneducated . I thought young working men in America are promising, but I'm wrong ,they're the most horrible human being I encountered in my life.

They changed my oil the other day ^ ever since I got my oil changed around 3 weeks ago I have been noticing some like smoke come out of they defrost or air conditioning. I'm not sure why
