“Though my overall experience of contracting with U-haul to move a U-box from St. Joseph to Florida did not go as well as it should have, I wanted to give Andrew at the St. Joseph location a high rating for making the situation right. The respect and consideration he showed me has gone a long way in repairing my opinion of the company as a whole.
