Staff was friendly and awesome. ONLY issue I could see for others is that you can’t speak to no-one at a desk. Everything is Kiosk check-in. Was very simple for me, but I could see some people struggling with this. The waiting room was very cold. I believe the heater was out and they had a portable heater in the waiting room, but it was pretty darn cold.. Or I would of gave 5 stars…

Horrible work ethic period. Slow as malassas and they don’t care either! Even have a kiosk checking people in. So ridiculous. Don’t waste your time, go to lab corp they had me checked in n drawn in under five minutes and drew two samples.

Although the one employee who drew blood was very decent, the setup of this lab is a nightmare. Nobody to answer the phone or welcome you. Good luck making that appointment with the robot on the phone. I couldn’t believe it took me 5 calls and the nasty AI voice kept turning me away. Never again! I prize what little sanity I have left!

Very unprofessional, went in to do a drug test this morning and was told I needed an appointment so I left and scheduled an appointment for 3:30. They were not ready for me at 3:30 so I waited to be told they only had time for one more so I was placed on the back burner for a walk in when I had an appointment set. I was told to come back tomorrow when I had to take work off in order to get this taken care of in the first place. Thanks Quest.

Had to show up out there 3 times. 1st time poked 4times, 2nd time poked 3 times, 3rd time only 1 butterfly finally got some blood

Went in at 11:30 am. When the woman came out and called my name she was very stand offish. She snatched my orders out of my hand before I could hand them to her. I was trying to explain something about my orders and she talked over me and rudely told me room one. I was dated if she was going to stick me acting that way. So I snatched the orders out of her hand and in a not so nice way told her just what I thought. Will not go back.

I had a drug screen that I needed for my employer. The sign in the door said drug screens from 1-3. It was 230 when I walked in. There is nothing saying there needs to be an appointment but are recommended. There is a kiosk to check in so I used that. There was one person in the waiting room and one that came in after me. The tech came out and gave me a card that said to schedule an appointment by logging in. I stated that I was told I just needed to be there by 3. She stated “all my drug screens are full”. I then said I needed appointment by 5 tomorrow she then replied call your employer for an extension. I then asked if there was another quest to go to she stated “ not in st joe” in a very short tone. There was mo help from staff at this facility.
