Ran into Quick Lane last minute to see if they could fit us in for an oil change. They got us in right away and we were out of there within 30 minutes. VERY friendly and accomodating. AND didn't try to sell us anything!

My Land Rover was having trouble accelerating on a road trip. I'm from CO so was very far from home. Although they did not have the tools to fix anything they were willing to take a look right away and see if there was anything mechanically wrong. They were super friendly and just overall very willing to help.

Just ok. If you're a female, they will try very hard to upsell you.If I take vehicle in, I get just what I ordered. Wife takes it in, they point out all kinds of stuff that needs replaced.This is just what her experience has been compared to mine. And the only reason I know is because she asked me after the fact the day tell you about the blinker fluid needing to be replaced no it's not really that bad but brakes filters tires coolant transmission flushes upsell oil quality so on and so on.

The service is always great. Sometimes the waits are longer than wanted, but thats to be expected with such good and attentive staff.

Thank you for taking care of me! I got a flat on 29 while traveling from St Louis to Grand Island. After putting on the spare tire and getting back on the road, I called ahead to the Quick Lane. They told me to come on in with no hesitation.Upon arrival, the Quick Lane Manager brought my vehicle in and his team went to work. They got me back on the highway within an hour. This review is for the quick lane . First thing they really are quick and they service all makes and models. Friendly and knowledgeable staff.. They really do have a quick oil change process..and. Learned something about my car that I didn't know..

The last three times I have been there the wait has been excessive. Today it was 2 hours. When I told them I wasn’t coming back they asked if my wait was too long, so they already knew it was. They didn’t seem to care. I was a customer for 5 years but I’m sure I can get better service elsewhere.

Took over 2 hours for 1 oil change. I was the first one there at 655am. I come in every 3 months in my company vehicle. Looks like I won't be using your service any longer.

We bought tires that took all day to change. The radio presets and guidance was changed during that time. Alignment never got done. The final insult was when they were too busy and we needed the oil changed, we went north to a different Dealer, it was $40 CHEAPER for the exact same service. WE ARE DONE HERE.

I took both of my vehicles to be serviced at Anderson Ford Quick Lane. They do not allow you to make an appointment and tell you the wait is shorter than it actually is. After sitting there for an hour and a half every time my vehicle is returned to me with oil that is over filled and lug nuts that are so inconsistently torqued I am amazed I did not loose a wheel going down the highway. They tell you to return within 200 miles for a re-torque, but they already drive it around the block. My not check them all real quick before they hand it over? I know all of this because I started doing all of my maintenance myself since it saves me time and a fair amount of money. They charge you double the price for every filter when compared to anywhere else you can buy it from. My last straw was when they lied to my face saying my fiancé's car needed a transmission flush at 30,000 miles. I told them to do it only if it was absolutely necessary to keep the vehicle warranty. They assured me it was. Feeling that I was used, I pulled up the manual and showed them that it was necessary at 150,000 miles. Not 30,000. They claimed that due to extreme conditions the 30,000 mile interval was necessary. This is true from the manual, but the car sits in a garage and does not even have a receiver hitch on it. Save your self a lot of time and money in the long run. Take your vehicle somewhere else!!! Your car will probably last longer.
