Terrible management from this store! It’s unclean and seems like the employees do everything. I asked to speak with a manager and no one was available! Thankfully they had a few wonderful workers who could help me. definitely won’t be going back to this store again!

The managers at this location are TERRIBLE. I was just shopping around and heard a manager yelling at an employee. That is just not acceptable there is a time and place and while there are customers in the store is not the time!

The staff was super helpful with my return after Christmas. We didn’t have a receipt and unfortunately they didn’t have what we wanted in stock. The manager working asked a few questions to better help her look for our receipt. After trying a couple different emails she was able to find the receipt so we could return the item and repurchase what we wanted online. They even had a free shipping code so we didn’t have to pay the shipping price. Will definitely be back!

A large store with a lot of diverse merchandise. The staff is very friendly and happy to help you find whatever you are looking for.

Very knowledgeable staff. Very helpful. Did a nice sack style gift wrapping for us! Large selection. Did a good deal of Christmas shopping there. Love the new location. Will be back!

Terrible experience in the store today . I came to exchange a hat my wife bought me as a gift and it didn't fit properly. The lady at the register was immediately rude and sniffed the hat several times ...very strange behavior in my opinion. My wife had her online receipt and the lady was refusing to type the number in saying she couldn't read it ,so my wife zoomed it in and the Lady still acts like she can't do the transaction. She then yells out to another employee to take it to the backand said it smells and can't be sold .....I then told her how rude she was and got a full return and will not shop here again

One particular blonde that ran the counter was extremely rude from the moment I walked up. I understand if you are having a bad day, but you shouldn't be in that line of work if you can't treat customers with respect.

They have a wide selection of local sports teams, college & pro. Also, carry select national/popular teams. Large store.

The store has a large variety of items, however the staff were not helpful. In fact, I came to check out in the middle of the day and there was a woman brushing her wet hair while listening to a story from another employee, The lady brushing her hair turned around and saw me and said "No" and told the other lady to come with her as she yelled for another employee to come ring me up, and quickly. Not an experience that makes me want to come back. I do not like giving bad reviews, but this was just rude. I had 1 item to check out. Thank you to the nice young lady, Sydney, who did come check me out. She was friendly.
