Definitely worst repair service I've had. Took my car in for a recall for my rear toe links so it was no charge completely free. My steering wheel drove straight and was aligned fine. Until I went in and they aligned the back while replacing my rear toe links but normally when you align the back you align the front because it messes the front up. So when I was driving home after picking my car up, I had to drive with the steering wheel crooked. I called and asked about this and the guy said that the alignment for the back was all that was included so if I wanted a full alignment they would be happy to charge me 99$. So they're just money scammers and I'll never take my car there again. Really irritating and they preach about having the best service.

Jeff Davey was excellent. He was professional, easy to work with, and very helpful. Our buying experience was easy and smooth and non stressful. I highly recommend him and the Reed dealership.

Went to get an estimate. Overspray from painting in same area as estimate. Rude people. Didn't lift my car after I hit a raccoon to take a look at damage. Will NEVER go there again. Plain ridiculous and pitiful customer service. I wouldn't even give them a star but you won't let me.

Never again will I do business with Reed Chevrolet. I purchased a 2018 CERTIFIED PRE-OWNED Tahoe with the AC issues. I brought it back into their shop shortly after buying it for them to tell me it's Temping out. Long story short, I have had my Tahoe in 4 different times and the AC has never been fixed. My parents have purchased 5 vehicles from Reed's and this was my first and last. The best excuse they told me was that I do own a black truck and that's a big factor why it isn't cooling. The general manager even offered me to trade it in and get into a different car. What for? So I can have the same terrible service and make more money off me? Unfortunately the sales rep is taking the biggest hit because it was out of his hands and did all he could. The owner didn't care and service manager told me to take my business somewhere else. So much for trying to support locally owned.

I bought my car brand new from here, and had them look at it for a slow oil leak. I was told I needed $9,300 to fix it and my car was basically done for. I was devastated, until I got a 2nd opinion. All I needed was a new PCV valve. Please get a 2nd opinion before you have them do anything to your car.I also have lifetime oil changes and found out they weren’t changing my oil filter.

I want to compliment Reed’s for being responsive when service work is necessary. I have always been able to get into the shop within a few hours after trying to schedule. This type of response is appreciated.The service staff did a good job of explaining the problem that we had encountered and what to expect in regards to getting the work done, along with the expected timeline. They were able to meet the timeline and were able to complete the work a day before promised. This was welcomed and a pleasant surprise. Overall, my experience has been very good and I have shared this with others.

Pleasant. Everyone I spoke with was nice. I was a little bit surprised at the total price even though it was absorbed by GM as part of the Corvette break-in. In the future I will need to look around for priced for an oil change. All in all an easy experience... The brownie was good too!

It was great! I had an appt for 1:30pm on a Saturday. They checked me right in and got the work done in less than 30 minutes of an hour and a half reservation. Service staff were very friendly and efficient.

I purchased a vehicle from Reed in May, this was the third vehicle that I had purchased from them. After coming to an agreement with the finance manager on terms and payments, I learned a couple of months later that he added three months of additional payments to the terms. When I confronted him, he denied his actions. However, I pointed out to him that we had spoken specifically about terms. And when I inquired about the extended terms, he advised that the loan company would not go for the longer term. He didn't provide me a copy of the loan agreement at the time of purchase as he explained I would receive it in the mail. A few days later I received a call from the dealership advising me that my paperwork was ready for pick up. When I received the paperwork it also did not contain the loan term agreement. I only found out that he added the three months after I looked up my account on the internet. I am not the only person who the dealership has done this to, as I know of another person that they did the exact same thing to. Needless to say, I will not be purchasing any additional vehicles from this dealership. In my opinion this is stealing by deceit.

Last Friday I went in for a new fob for my car. $130...I went to an autoparts store and bought the case for $35 and reused the guts.Thanks for being so greedy that I now know how to fix a fob for myself!You know, your employee could have done what the autoparts store suggested. Just sold me the case, even for a markup of $5 more. And I would have walked out not knowing any better thinking I got a deal. But nope. You had to be greedy.I'd give 5 stars for sarcasm but that would just help your business...edit reply: I wasn't trying to be nice. You could have taken the moment to say something like: "We will pass this suggestion into our team training to ensure others will be a returning customer in the future".Normally I don't like it when big corporations give a PR reply. But the one instance it would have been appropriate. You missed it.

I loved the experience of buying my truck there! They have been very helpful in answering questions and helping me get some accessories. I plan to purchase from them again soon. My only discouragement is I asked them to install new wipers on my truck, and they forgot to do that.

Service was great. Got in quick and got back out on the road. Only complaint I have is oil life wasn't reset on the car. Also the wrong odometer reading was wrote down on my receipt and the tag in the corner. Other than that great service.

My experience with Reed Chevrolet was absolutely amazing. The very first time i went Luke Poppino greeted me and from there we just clicked. He sold me my first car, a Chrysler 300.
