I purchased a Certified Pre-Owned 2022 Tucson Limited last month, and less than 500 miles later all the safety systems and infotainment center access now fail sporadically.
I brought the vehicle back to the service department where they discovered there were over 40+ DCT errors, but they stated they cannot fix anything without the errors being present while connected to their computer system.
They told me to drive 50 miles (my distance from the dealer) without access to turn signals or safety systems if it occurs again, which I will happily do if they'd notify my insurance company that they KNOW my vehicle has serious issues.
I highly recommend that you take your Hyundai to Kansas City for service. Avoid this service center unless you have a very basic request for them, like an oil change.

My husband's car was having trouble and we had it towed in to the service center. Our own diagnostic tool said it was a fuel part issue. The mechanics told us it was the starter. They called to tell us about the starter and then told us we needed new belts and brake pads. They quoted me a price and while it was expensive, I wanted the car in good working condition so I agreed. When we picked up the car the price was more than i was quoted. We went along with it and paid.
Three weeks later the same issues were going on with the car. We took it back in and they ran a diagnostic to tell us a fuel sensor was bad. A little confusing since we just had it in and I mentioned the personal fuel diagnostic when they were looking at it. We were quoted another amount and we agreed for them to fix it. We picked up the car and it was over 200 more dollars more than what we were told over the phone.
We learned our lesson the second time around. We will look elsewhere for mechanic work in the future.
The only plus side is that the service is really quick. I only wonder if the fuel sensor was missed the first time due to negligence of their speedy work.

Went in for a recall inspection for them to check over a oil leak that leaks into the alternator. It wasn't supposed to take more then two hours, however when I returned three hours later because I couldn't get through their new phone system I was told they had the parts on hand and decided to go ahead and do the work without bothering to talk to me. This caused me to miss an appointment involving health issues I've been waiting two months for and having to reschedule. They also decided the radiator was still good even though it was covered and I mean covered in oil and it had obviously gotten inside. They also put a bolt through my radiator so I found out on my drive home as I seen my car steaming when I pulled off the highway and into a gas station near my home. It was leaking badly onto the fan and flung all over. I had to drive the car back out and to get a loaner to get to work while I waited the new radiator to get in. (One day) The loaner is the only reason I'm giving two stars besides the good temperament/service of the employees working up front. Final thing, they didn't refill my coolant all the way or didn't burp the system as they left my reservoir empty. It's either that or the coolant is going somewhere it's not supposed to, because there's no sign of a leak and it would be a noticable amount. I noticed this week later when I popped the hood to check on the original issue that I went for. I'll find out tomorrow when I'm burping the system adding new fluid and checking my oil..... After opening the radiator cap and looking in before filling, I can see a thin line of coolant. Engine oil looks off and smells sweet. Contacting dealership in the morning after I do a bit more checking in the daytime. Will update review after. At this time, good people with good customer service skills but a horrible car repair experience. From one trip that was just to be an inspection to doing the repair without consent, breaking my radiator and now a quickly emptying radiator that seems to be leaking into the engine.. this has been a very upsetting experience.

Had an appointment for an oil change at 11:30. It's 1:07 and I'm still sitting in the waiting area. This is on a new car with 8K miles on that wasn't receiving any other service. How does it take more than 30 minutes to change oil and filter in a clean new car?

I unfortunately purchased a used car and wish I would've gone elsewhere. I was concerned with the front end of the car based on road noise and unreported damage to the front of the car. I pointed these concerns out and was told everything looked good, but something is still damaged (which I believe is a CV joint). When presenting the issue to the salesman, I received the response, "Sounds like a different issue then what we heard on the test drive. Did you purchase an extended warranty?"Wishing this industry was not so prone to frustrating situations like this and will not be doing any further business with the Reed locations.
