I had just had knee replacement surgery. Before my surgery i shopped around for recliners that were absolutely ridiculously priced. Totally out of the question. As I was driving home after shopping all day, I saw your rental store. The day of my surgery, I called them from the hospital asking if they could help. I had a new recliner, all bells and whistles, waiting for me in my living room! I couldn't be more happy with the exemplary service, the kindness, and them truly wanting to help me during such a horrible surgery! Thank you so much!!

My mom needed a lift chair we went to Kirksville to get one. They said they had a used one and they checked it out and it worked. When we got it to moms there was 2 places in the cord that was bare and didn't work. But they said it did. We are not very pleased with the situation.

I would give a negative review, but it won't let me. Here is my story: back in the middle of September, I ordered a computer online and even had to pay for it. Calling every week to see if they got the desktop in, and they would tell me not, yet we will contact you. After two weeks, I called back and asked the manager if I could get my money back to go somewhere else because I needed the computer for school and the gym. Hung up on me. So today I called Corporate to complain the lady was friendly and helped me plus I'm getting my money back. But I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Also, so you know, this is one of the many problems I have with my stepson and daughter. The in-laws got a couch set and an entertainment set from them. They were still missing parts over six months, and still no parts.

They have a few workers there that are very rude and and short with people when you try to tell them that you spoke with one already and they knew what was going on that we were supposed to be noted on account but obviously that person would not notice noted on the account then they want to be rude towards me I have asked them not to call me I prefer only hurt so now he's trying to say that I'm doing a system loses or something like that and I'm not so they are very disrespectful I like the other workers that used to be there and run the store of the managers and stuff then he made a comment because I said I had a friend a long time ago worked there and they weren't that people like he was nor was any of the workers that was the best service it was like I see now so I would not suggest renting from them because if you get behind behind a few days a few weeks they call you non-stop even if you talk to somebody is it come to your house when they get their foot on the inside of your door they can take your stuff Justin FYI I asked to speak with the supervisor and he said he was the manager and all that but wouldn't give me a number so I can report him to the upper on how they treat their customers if you rent from them this will be the last time I ever rent from them also was very rude to my mom win called there
