Roger’s Pharmacy is the BEST PHARMACY(in my opinion), here in Saint Joseph,MO. The pharmacy staff are exceptional and the pharmacist’s and ALL PERSONNEL, have the best answers to your questions. I recommend Roger’s Pharmacy to anyone who needs a good pharmacy to get their prescriptions, medical supplies and other medical needs, met. Thank you to ALL OF THE STAFF at Roger’s. 1st time in pharmacy. Nice roomy interior. I went there to purchase thigh high support stocking. Young man helped me with measuring and finding what I needed. I was told they were non returnable, understandable with that type of clothing. Unfortunately they came nowhere close to fitting properly. I tried them twice, but ended throwing them in trash. Waisted $35.

I only use Roger's pharmacy because I have to. My son is on Medication that only Roger's has readily available. Trust me if I could get his medication anywhere else in town, I would. Everytime I go in for his medication I know I am going to leave frustrated and aggravated or Iwill be forced to leave without the medicine for 1 reason or another. ! Everytime, never fails. And Since they have moved up north I have to drive half way across town for this poor customer service and it's gone way down hill. I only gave the 2 stars because they keep his medicine in stock. Otherwise it would be a 1 star. I am tired of dealing with this. Go to anyother pharmacy in town if you can!

Customer service is questionable at best. Had 2 crappy experiences in a matter of about 4 days. I’m a big supporter of local businesses but I also believe in voting with your dollars. We will be changing pharmacies.

Who knew that 10 minutes actually takes 40! Rude and obstinate staff. There was only ONE female staff member who was nice as apologetic and who actually noticed that I was waiting for the greater part of 40 minutes. She was the only saving grace for the entire experience. Who also knew it takes 7 hours to fill a single script! Ridiculous and will recommend to my friends and family to NOT USE ROGERS. Pathetic and useless.
