I had an absolutely amazing experience working with Brian King. From start to finish, his professionalism and genuine care made the entire car-buying process effortless. Brian went above and beyond to make sure we left with a great car, he didn’t pressure us and gave honest guidance and top-notch service. He took the time to explain every detail, answered all our questions and concerns, and made me feel completely confident in my decision and one of the family. It’s rare to find someone who truly puts the customer first especially as a car salesman, but Brian does just that. If you’re looking for impeccable service and a smooth, stress-free experience, I can’t recommend Brian King enough!

Don’t buy a vehicle here if you want a clean title. The absolute incompetence of this group and their title department is breathtaking. I’ve been trying to resolve an invalid title for a truck I bought from them almost a year ago, and they couldn’t care less. DMV won’t allow me to renew my registration now as a result of them claiming it was handled again and again, but wasn’t. Highly advise not to purchase from this dealership.

I was looking for a good used car and decided to go to Rolling Hills Auto Plaza met a Brody Walker. Sharp young man. We talked about my needs and he showed me a used Buick. Was the right car for me. We made deal and his fellow co-workers entered the picture and continued to assist me to complete the deal.

Looked at a car online and made the mistake of giving my information. Am now getting multiple calls and emails a day from this dealership despite unsubscribing and blocking numbers. Extremely annoying and predatory. Would strongly recommend staying away from this dealership

I won't be coming back. I was charged $160 to tell me what my check engine light was. When I found out any auto parts store would tell me this for free I really felt taken advantage of.
I bought my car here and was planning on buying my next one here in the coming months but not after today. I will never go back.
When I asked why I was charged for a service everyone else does free, I was told they only tell you the code but not what it means. Such bullshit! Even if that's true, Google or the car computer reference guide would show me what the code was for free.
You lost my business forever and lost out on the 3 great cars I was going to trade for the next one. It was going to be a BIG purchase too. Maybe the largest one of my life aside from my house.
You wanna make it up, refund me that bullshit $160 fee and apologize publicly. We both know that will never happen. And it probably won't save me as a customer.

I'm very frustrated. Sold me a car with a ton of mechanical issues and don't fix the cause of the problem. Just set me up for another 2 thousand dollar bill. I wouldn't recommend buying a car here because they will sell you a money pit and leave u stranded without a car. They also didn't keep records of me having them check my car or the work that was performed before I purchased.

I was inquiring about a vehicle that had some safety recalls but overall looked great & good price. Shelby had gotten back to me the very next business day which was great. But she overlooked & completely dismissed my question if the recalls had been attended to. I’m not even sure what she responded to when I had asked again over email.
