Rolling Hills Auto was very easy to make my appt. To get my oil changed on my Prius . They took my car in as soon as I arrived! Had it done in an hour.Big improvement from last time!! Staff is always helpful & friendly!Price was expensive but it it’s the same anywhere ! Did wonder why the checklist of other services. wasn’t included on my paperwork ? Example.: Tire wear & tire pressure , etc, Still will recommend services at Rolling Hills Auto Service !

I’m thankful for the patience and kindness of Cheyenne who helped in showing me the Toyota Avalon Hybrid that I was interested in purchasing. Even though I had never met Cheyenne or been in the dealership before, she was like a friend who was interested in finding the right fit for me and not a high pressure salesperson. She allowed me to ask as many questions and sometimes repeatedly till I understood. Mary in the finance department showed the same care and respect as Cheyenne. She also allowed me the time and explained all the options and helped as a friend would even though I had never met her either. The manager even answered questions and made me feel comfortable. He took time to visit and did not make me feel rushed. Excellent all around team!! I would highly recommend the dealership to anyone looking for a vehicle. Top quality customer care and service.

They were fantastic! I came in to get a key programmed last minute, they fit me in right away, and had my car done in less than two hours. And that’s with a busy schedule. My car literally would not run without a program key and I was gonna be out a vehicle. Loved this dealership and service center!

My husband and I went to Rolling Hills yesterday (9/24/23) to look with the pure intention of making a purchase, but sadly that did not happen. When we arrived not one person greeted us, asked us if we needed help or anything. We even went inside to see if there was anyone available to speak with. There was a woman at a desk with another person who looked directly at us and didn't acknowledge our presence, didn't offer to get someone or anything. We decided to leave since no one was interested in helping us. When I tell you this was totally unprofessional and frustrating, it was. If this is how they treat people, I do not want to do business with them. This was such a very disappointing experience.

Relatively fast at getting vehicle in for service, good communication, and did not feel pressured to buy services from them. Do ensure you are notifying them of the service pricing they have listed online when scheduling. Can only use one listed price at a time. I may have delayed getting some servicing done for another appointment had I known that due to the online promotional pricing being closer to a smaller, non-dealership maintenance shop. Overall friendly, car returned in good condition, and on time. Will use their services again.

I had the best experience at rolling hills Honda!! I would definitely recommend going there, if you do ask for Jayden Grier he was so helpful. Throughout my journey of finding my next car he was the best one I’ve meet. He has great customer service and all, he’s the best you can ask for. Most definitely gonna come back to him! The whole team was great even the finance team. A big thank you to Jayden for the help!

I love Rolling Hills, I tell everyone to go there for a vehicle. They are great people and work very hard to give you the best deals. Such a great bunch that works hard for you, to get you into a vehicle. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Excellent service. They installed a catalytic converter cover for me and had me back in the service area to inspect and let me know how important to keep the bits to the screws forever as it could not be taken off by them or anyone else if repairs need to be made on transmission or other mechanical parts to the Tacoma which it covers.Many thanks.

The salesperson I did my main transaction with was helpful and found answers to my questions. Disappointed twice. First when discussing the price of the vehicle I was not told of the dealer fee. Second in the business office after having signed an out the door price agreement with the salesperson I was told there was an additional cost for an inspection. All of this should have told before signing any agreements. Would have been nice if the salesperson would have shared information and costs of extended warranty.

They went above and beyond for my service help.! Turned out not only did I need an oil change/filter change but I also had a hole in my tire that was making my tow tire pressure light stay on for months. Not sure how long the tire would’ve hold out more but I’m glad the service boys pointed it out and got it fixed for me! Thank you again!

Service department set us up to come in to get second key fob to our 2023 4Runner programed that parts dept ordered. After arriving was told it was wrong fob and that correct one would be in next day and they would call me and we would not have to wait just come right in. Next day no one called by 3:00PM so I called and asked for service twice never getting anyone so third call I again got no one so I left a message to call me. Next day I called and asked for service again and got no answer and left a message. I called back a asked for parts and they picked up the phone, I asked if the part came in and they told me it came in the day prior. He told me he told service. So I just drove out there and explained to service employees this and no one offered any apologies. We had issues with this dealership when trying to buy a new 4runner this is why we went out of town to get this one and so did our daughter.Folks in parts department are really helpful.Sales and service have work to do.

Very poor service. What's the point of scheduling an appointment? Nearly two hours waiting for an oil change. No offer of explanation, no offer of courtesy shuttle ride. No courtesy of updates. No offers for a comp on service or future service. Very POOR customer service!
