Great and consistent customer service. Zac is always helpful and knowledgeable about what my vehicle needs. Never trying to sell me service that I don't need. Shuttle service is good for me they pick me up and drop me off so I can go about my day. I trust the work that they do.

They are just awesome. Get you in and out . Zach in the front ,awesome customer service skills. Best part he listens first ,something alot have forgotten.Overall I have had no problems purchased new car in August 2020.Keep it up team Rolling Hills Nissan.

The work done and the employees are always professional and easy to talk with. They, like a lot of industries, are short handed and I think that leads to poor communication if you are not there in person. They all have so many irons in the fire, they forget to return phone calls when questions are asked or trying to schedule service.

Bought the car on 10/10/23 with the agreement that the heated seats would be fixed. Left the car there to be fixed overnight with the thought we would be back the next day to pick it up (we live over an hour away and had to pick our kids up from school). Car was not fixed the next day, or week, or following week. Had to get a manager involved because we are without a car for over 2 1/2 weeks. Finally was told that the part was in and the car would be fixed, and returned the next day. Car was returned and within the first hour of having it we could tell the seats were still not working. Called manager and was told we would be given a loaner until it was fixed. After another week of waiting and telling them multiple times that BOTH seats did not work, and we were told that the drivers side was repaired but the passenger seat was fine. Car was returned and right away we could tell that the passenger side did not work. The passenger side only turned on when the driver seat was on, it didn’t work unless the driver seat was on. We have text and called several times and were told they would come pick it up to fix but they haven’t came to get it NOR have the responded back in a timely manner to texts/ phone calls. I was giving grace since it was a holiday weekend and then trying to give more grace since it could be a mistake that they didn’t test the passenger seat only and tested them together and that’s why they didn’t notice it not working but now I’m just mad. We bought the car 10/10 and have had the car a total of 2 weeks since then. I wish I would have never purchased from here at all.

Zack and everyone in the Service Dept were all very nice, helpful, and knowledgeable. They had to replaced the transmission in my 2014 Murano, and the whole process took quite a bit of time. It was due to dealing with the insurance company, receiving the part, and getting their best mechanic freed up to work on it. I’m very grateful that they had a loaner vehicle for me to drive during the wait. The 2021 Rogue was wonderful to drive.

I was having a VERY bad experience with a different Nissan dealership, that is until I met Zach at Rolling Hills Nissan. He and the staff were very professional, courteous, and showed compassion. He vowed to take care of the situation and followed through! I am going to be a lifelong customer of Rolling Hills Nissan… thank you Zach!

I dropped my car off (for an oil change and to have them look at my radio) in the morning prior to work and it was ready when I got off. They are trying out a new messaging system and I'm not sure how well that is working but I did have a voicemail from Zach stating my car would be ready. No concerns and I will be getting my car serviced at Rolling Hills from now on. ?

Very good experience today!! Bought our 3rd Nissan, a Rogue. Had 3 SUV’s (different brands) on list to look at, that Anderson’s sold. Our salesman said the Rogue was going to be the best of the bunch, he was right. Love it!!Thanks

All the staff were very helpful, when I brought my truck in for a recall. We have one more to do and it will take 5 hours. They said they will take us home and pick us up whenever it's done. I think that is amazing! The friendly atmosphere was awesome comparing to other places. We will tell others about your awesome service.

Customer service is not a priority. The female representative that answers for Honda gave me quite the runaround on the phone and lied multiple times. What should have been a simple in and out tire replacement, as Brian from Honda services assured, ended up being a several day ordeal. In order to get the job completed, I had to physically go in and have the Nissan service garage put the tire on. Disappointing experience.

Had my check engine light come on. Took my car Nissan Rouge to Rolling Hills Nissan service department. They diagnosed the problem. And ordered what part I needed. The staff was very helpful and friendly.
