Maybe not the staff's fault, but the store is always a mess! I have seen it first hand the customers that come in-they destroy everything! It's always the non english speakers that make the store an absolute disaster. No respect for the store, or others. Maybe they are short staffed and unable to constantly go around picking up after grown adults. But then that is another culture coming in and maybe that's how they live-entitled.

The store was an absolute mess. There was stuff on the floor everywhere and only two small makeshift fitting rooms open that were both filled with random clothes from previous shoppers. The clothes were completely picked through and disorganized. The only cute things I was able to find in my size had like make up stains on them! During the 30 or so minutes I was in there, like three separate and very loud security alarms went off that no one bothered to turn off. It was super annoying and made me want to abandon my cart and run out. I ended up going to TJ Maxx afterwards and had a much better experience.

The place is a mess... Clothes on the dirty floor, no employees around, items in the wrong place, without sense, poor employees with no education at all, rude staff.
For sure my first and last visit to this place.

Yes it's an amazing place to shop for a good deal but the employees always look miserable then I found out how much they make. I would look miserable as well. You would think ross would pay them young workers a living wage. It's disgusting what they them pay them young workers smh do better ross.

My 3 items that I bought from ross were stolen when I home I checked and it was stolen if you guys will buy before you leave check how much stuff you got because they scan 2 times and they steal from you

I've been to this location several times. It's a nice and clean store with everything thing from clothes, kitchen stuff, toys, shoes, perfume, even candy. I would only have one complaint. Sometimes, you can be stuck in line for a while. One person checking out. I'm not sure if they are short-handed or what. So I would make sure you have plenty of time and not in a hurry. Other than that, it's a nice place to shop.
