It's easy to schedule an appointment in the app. Can schedule a time to drop off and they give you a call once the work is done. Service was friendly and I am happy with my new windshield.

Twice now that I had my windsheild replaced on two separate BMW vehicles, they had to come back to redo. Using a non-certified windsheild where it does not fit properly and doesn't seal. At speeds over 60 mph, there are major leaks and noise from the improper fitment. Thankfully, they have a very good warranty service, yet having to take time out of your day twice as their appointments request being available between 8am to 5pm. But overall...mission accomplished.

I went to their website and filled out the questionnaire for a quote. This included make model etc . Basically, everything about the including about the car including insurance information and anything else I wanted done. I was given a quote somewhere in the mid four hundred dollar range and given the opportunity to schedule an appointment, which I did. They sent me emails telling me the work would take an hour. When I arrived for the appointment they told me it was going to take two hours. I left the car and went down the street to a better place to wait. After over two hours, they texted me that the car was done. The charge was in the mid six hundred dollar range. 150 percent of the quote. Basically, I received nothing from them but lies. Lord only knows how good workmanship is. Only time will tell.

I have never in my entire life seen the worst customer service that I have with this company. Forget about talking to a person, forget about trying to find out something other than what they have preplanned on their automated service if you have a question, that does not follow within their automated service of questions and answers. You’re just basically not gonna get it. I have been hung up on so many times because I have questions that don’t fit within the realm of what they have selected. Is that your questions that you should be asking.Go elsewhere do not go to this company if you have any choice at all unfortunately, my insurance company uses this company and I have no choice .

Due to thunderstorms we called to get our service moved to a business site or another day. The St. Joseph, MO site was able to fit us in since their drivers had both called in that day and they were about to call us anyway. When we got there early the young lady was able to give us advice on a nice place to get something for lunch while we waited.

My boyfriend came in there to get his windshield filled and came out with it being cracked more than it was in the beginning. They refused to fix it even though it was THEIR mistake. Awful customer service and i would NEVER recommend to anyone. Do better

Would definitely recommend. The team was very honest and saved me quite a bit of money. I really appreciate how professional and courteous they were. Hopefully I don't have any more windshield damage, but if so, I would definitely return. The online quote process was easy, scheduling was a breeze, and all 3 people in the store were helpful.

Do not get the chip repair if there is a start of a crack found out afterwords that the window will eventually crack anyway

I showed up for my appointment. Nobody there, no " Back at 1pm" "out to lunch" nothing. Lights off. I called, knocked, honked, Nothing. If they cant open a business and keep an Appointment, how can I trust them to do any work?

Sadly, I won’t be using this company. Ever. I booked an appointment two weeks ago to have my windshield replaced. I have had to reschedule three times as they have not found the time to verify my insurance. Their excuse is they have been really busy. The CSRs excuse is just “…sorry, I can only do what I can do…”. That is the lazy man’s excuse. No offer to let me speak to a supervisor, no offer of anything for the time they have wasted. BAD BUSINESS. Don’t use Safelight, find a company that values you as a customer. They don’t.
