Absolute joke for a Tire and Battery center. The laziest employees I have ever come across. Forget communication, these guys don't even have a sense of manners or etiquette.

Tire shop only does the most basic repairs. Wouldn’t repair small mower tire tube - “we have patches, but can’t do it”. I took to Todd’s tire and they said, “yep, we can patch it”. Consistently over the years, Sam’s can’t or won’t do the repairs. I think they look for reasons to say no. Don’t become a member for the tire shop. I recommend Todd’s tire down the road

Love and hate this place. Every time I find something I love, they end up discontinuing it or changing it to a members mark brand. The constant is their rotisserie chicken. Under 5 and bigger than the other stores. Oh and I always get tires here. Pretty good deals. If it wasn't here in town I for sure wouldn't drive far for one. I wish a Costco was here.

Great place I love it and everyone is always so helpful there! Save so much money buying in bulk. They also have the cutest kids clothes for my son. They always have everything I need.

Don't know how anyone can call this place cheaper than other stores In two years I've never bought anything from them that I couldn't find cheaper at other stores Waste of my money paying for membership if you watch fliers you don't have to put up with there bs they treat ya like a criminal trying to leave they can't stop and harass you after you pay I never stop for them but in two years I've only bought a safe from them Went there for digiorno pizza other day three for 1100 something they had 2 kinds Hot pockets 2 kinds price chopper and hyvee has better sales if you watch

I used to work at Sam's club in Omaha doing tires, we were the only Sam's club in Omaha at the time. We were always busy, but never once turned away a customer and said we were to busy. I would never recommend the St Joseph Sam's club for tires, these guys are very unprofessional and have the worst attitude!

Excellent customer service in every department! Friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable staff. From the managers to the vendors, including outside services, such as ATT, I simply cannot say enough good things about this store!
