We were wrongly told about two paints being the same, but Grant the store manager couldn’t have provided better customer service! The people here are absolutely wonderful and are very willing to help! We are currently remodeling a 100 year old home and we will only be purchasing paint here! Highly recommended for any paint needs!

We bought this home 3 years ago. We have been doing some remodeling and changed out the towel bars in the main bathroom for hooks. So there were those holes plus holes from the pictures I had hung. We didn't have any leftover paint from the old owners and didn't want to repaint the whole bathroom. I heard that Sherwin Williams had a machine that could match paint! And it worked!! I called them they said you need a quarter size chip of the old paint, so what's another hole... but "Now you see it, now you don't!"

I purchased paint and dropped off my airless paint sprayer to get repaired in June Billy said it would take 2 weeks to get the quote for repair and they would call me. 3 weeks go by and I have heard nothing. So I call and they said they can’t find my equipment but they will look and call me back. 2 weeks later still nothing. So I call again and they said we can sell you a new one while you are waiting. Well I would like the status of my current one. They still don’t know. They said they stop them to the other store to get repaired. So i wait some more. It is now the end of August and I go in and say I need my sprayer whether it is fixed or not. They go try to find it. Turned out it sat in the back of the store for the whole time and never was even looked at.

Unfortunately i will be taking my business back to spectrum. Everytime i call sherwin williams i get tge impression that they are frustrated/overwhelmed/etc. They need to get more help that is dependable and actually willing to help. Its happened before where i show up and there 5 plus guys just standing around chatting away and one person taking care of walk in customers very unacceptableNot to mention they called me everyday for about a yr straight trying to get me to go back to them and when i did this is what happens.

Through a long story I need not share, I wound up with the wrong color of paint. It was not SW's fault. Upon discovery of the mistake I took my paint back to the store where Melissa took her time and used her expertise to correct the paint color to match what I originally asked for practically perfectly!! She was understanding, quick, professional, and I could not believe the results!! Will ho nowhere else from now on.
