When I went to the ship center, the woman a the help desk was very nice, understanding and accommodated everything I needed. She tracked down the package and even waited after hours to deliver it to me. I am very thankful to both her and the driver.”

“I just had a pleasant experience this morning. Because of the snow I figured my local postal deliver was not going to pickup my letters that had to go out today. So I went to the office here on Frederick. I was surprised to see the window open & Alan standing there waiting on customers. He was able to assist me with my letters & I got more stamps. "They" keep talking about closing this station down but it is still open & active. Even on a snowy Saturday!”

“Will give 5 stars! Love UPS! But the past 2 weeks I’ve been trying to go pick up my packages and they haven’t even got them ready yet. They were supposed to be delivered about 4 days ago and the driver pulled up and pulled off because I requested to pick it up… dumb me… I wished he would of just dropped em off while he was here but I understand he has a job todo!
