The prices are good but the budtender hesitated to tell us the prices over and over as I tried to find a good deal. What is the cheapest 100 mg edible that you sell was met with, $33. I asked how much does this one cost, "$26." The people next to me ordered another type, "$11." Wow. Apparently they have to upsell or it's his first week and he just doesn't know.

This place deserves no stars!! I would rather venture into town and visit Fresh Karma or Vertical dispensaries. They false advertise on their website so be very cautious of what you are buying in store vs what you may have seen on the website. We purchased 2 vape cartridges showing a 510 thread in the picture on the website. We live 50 miles away in middle of nowhere Missouri, we were 30 miles out of our way before I decided to inspect what we had purchased. I don't even know what kind of cart I received but it was not 510 thread. I called and they said I could come back for a replacement. We turned around and went back. They did replace our carts but offered no compensation for our gas or time to double back. Not to mention it was the manager who sold us the product in the 1st place and said they are aware of the misrepresentation on the website but can not fix it. Don't waste your time. While the convenience of the location on the Interstate is nice, I believe this declines their inventory, and they obviously rely on big Corp values. No thanks. Hard pass.

Bud tender was great as usual HOWEVER if y'all are gonna change your point system and only let you use your points on certain items, then your online site shouldn’t allow you to add your rewards points to your order like it’s going to let you use it. Not sure if I’ll be back because I think it’s crazy I come in and buy product and earn points on anything I buy yet I am only allowed to redeem on certain items that I am not even buying. So your point system will be useless for a lot of people when you only allow them to use their rewards for certain items.

Black Friday was supposed to get a free stiizy gift bag for first 50 ppl through door. Waited out in cold second person in line just to say we don't have any gift bags. Then proceeds to try and kick me out cause I was a upset customer and said a cuss word lol. Well I wouldn't be upset if you guys wasn't false advertising. Go fack yourself respectfully

Very horrible customer service definitely do not recommend. Been a long time customer due to prices but this has been the 3rd time my order has been cancelled and told I could not have what I ordered. I hat 3 kids and don’t enjoy hauling them out to get to a place of business to be denied service with cash in hand

Love my little dispensary, best prices in town and the best service. however, they do not know how to move numbers. usually there isnt a wait, but on average each transaction takes about 10-15 minutes. a dispensary trip shouldnt take all day. half the time they are just answering every question, which is great. but keep it short, we dont need to know who grew it we need to get in and out and get our medicine.
