Unlike the Stetson Outlet store, my shopping experience here was terrific. Extremely helpful and attentive staff helping me look for what I wanted. Should have bought my straw hat here and not at the Stetson store. Prices were reasonable and ended up finding quite a few things for the kids.

Great store. Well managed. Customer service is very good. Clean and the prices were reasonable. I always assumed this place would be higher priced but I was happy with the prices. Purchased 5 Carhartt shirts total was under 100$. It was a sale but still very happy.

Overly customer serviced since I was purchasing a lot and having associate's hover. Great stereotyping. Not a good experience for the first time. Beautiful store though

We gladly drive here or the store in Nebraska to shop. They have a huge variety of clothes and boots. Well worth the 3 hour drive.

Worst customer service ever. Buying boots, needed help. Got ignored. I was the only customer in the place, Went to front counter and told her I could use some help finding wide boots. All I got was, nothing. Went to st joe boot and spent $400. Nice, helpful folks att st joe boot.
