Hired two guys to load our furniture out of our storage units and into a moving truck. My husband provided plenty of blankets to cover our wooden furniture, as we have several antique pieces. When we arrived at our destination and off-loaded the furniture almost all of our wooden antique pieces were badly damaged! It was from scraping against other pieces and not properly covered. My husband was told to get a roll of plastic wrap to ensure they stayed covered and they did NOT use any. The whole roll was on the truck. My husband has called numerous times and no return phone call. Not professional! Own your mistakes. Will not recommend or use this company again!

Very efficient and cost savings passed on to Customers. Owner offers Veterans discount! Very cautious movers. I would gladly use them again!

Worst Experience Ever - Extremely Slow and Unprofessional
I cannot express how disappointed I am with this moving company. The movers were incredibly slow and seemed to lack any urgency or professionalism. What should have been a straightforward move turned into a full-day nightmare.
They showed up late and it felt like they were dragging their feet the entire time. It took over 7 hours to load; what a couple years prior took half the time to load and unload at less then half the cost.
This company is a total waste of time and money. Save yourself the stress and find a different moving company. If I could give them zero stars, I would.

These guys were amazing to work with, they were super accommodating and helpful. They moved us in quick and nothing was damaged in transit. I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend these guys. They were great!

After choosing this moving company at random, we really lucked out.Their response to our inquiry was prompt, making mutually satisfactory arrangements for the move was a breeze, and the movers showed up right on time. They worked really hard and were extremely professional, being courteous and friendly at the same time. I would not hesitate to call on them again, and strongly recommend them to anyone needing a job well done.

On November 6, The Moving Company of St Joseph, helped me move. My mother had passed away, and I was taking her household from Saint Joseph, Missouri, to Springfield, Missouri. They showed up right on time at nine in the morning, at my mother‘s home. I had been packing for several days, and all night long, without any sleep. When they arrived, I still was not completely packed. I told them, they may have to help me pack some things. They helped me pack everything in the pantry, and to wrap, big pictures and mirrors. They loaded my mother‘s car on a special trailer, to take it back to my home. It took about 4 1/2 hours travel time, to make it there with everything loaded down so heavily. Our first stop was at a storage where they unloaded most things. Then we took the rest of the boxes to my house. The men unloaded the boxes, and unloaded the car. They left my house at 12 o’clock at night, and drove all the way back to St Joseph. The men were professional, very patient and kind, and helped me do everything that needed to be done. They did an excellent job, and I felt that their price was very good. I truly appreciate this company, and recommend it to others.—Carey Kennon, Selah Springs Ranch.

We hired this company to move our big furniture, which was a lot. It would have probably taken us 2 or 3 days to get it all. These men had us moved out of our old house and into our new house in 3 hours. They were absolutely fantastic. They didn't play around at all. I will never move without them again!

We called on a last minute move and they were booked up. They ended up make space for us for the next day. They started at 2 and were done are 4:30. You should be in awe. This same move only a month prior took my husband, 3 friends and myself two days. They were so nice and easy to work with. I will never move again without them. Don’t even bother looking anywhere else. This team will get the job done quickly, professionally, and care for your stuff like it was their own. On a side note, they asked how we wanted the rooms and the made sure every bed was set up. Amazing!!!

I have used Chris and his guys Ron, Dalton and Terry moved my whole house two years ago. I have also used them to move stuff from a storage unit as well. The last time I called upon them was to move some furniture around, and unload two new loveseats.
