Took it to BJs for another estimate. BJ immediately told me that it would probably be cheaper and quicker just to replace the bumper. Sure enough, he looked it up and it was, $1300. Saved me $200 and a few days of my wife not having her van, which was important! He even matched the color perfectly when he got the new bumper in! We are very satisfied with how it turned out and it was fast! Just dropped it off at the shop and it was ready an hour and a half later. Will be coming here for any of our future needs for sure! “This is my go to place for tire needs. I called on a weekend and spoke with Timothy, who was extremely rude. He told me they had no openings for that day but when I went online to book an appointment, they had an entire afternoon open. This was after being spoken to rudely from him on the phone then he proceeded to hang up on me. I went to my appointment, and the issue still wasn't fixed. Brought it back on Monday and dealt with Kaleb, who was an absolute delight as always. Kaleb fixed the problem with no issues. I always look forward to working with Kaleb.”

We had a great car-buying adventure at Randy Reed Chevy—yes, adventure, because buying a car usually feels like trying to solve a Rubik’s Cube blindfolded. But not this time. Our salesman Guy was the MVP. He somehow managed to make the process smooth, painless, and even—dare I say—fun.
Guy didn’t pressure us, didn’t vanish for 45 minutes “to talk to his manager,”. We even invited guy to our Family Christmas this year.”

We've taken the car to other mechanics multiple times for the same issue, and after being charged hundreds of dollars, we were told there was nothing wrong with our car. Your guys actually fixed the problems, got it done quickly so our child wouldn't have to miss school due to not having a vehicle to get there. They went above and beyond for us.
