GRIFTERS. They refused to authorize a refill of my Yorkie's heart worm medicine, though she had a negative test results days earlier, hoping I would buy her med on their website. Their price was more than twice that of Petmeds' price. I finally picked up a written Rx to mail to Petmeds. I have been a customer at Twin Pines (dog, cats, snake) for over 25 years, but no more. I'm out. AVOID.

I have had 7 dogs treated at Twin Pines and everyone of them has been treated with the up most care especially when it comes down to the end of their lifes. I had to put my Yorkie Bentley down just last week and as heart breaking as it was iDr. Laura and staff made my family feel much better with the decision to let him go. They even extended their hours so that my grandchildren and their parents could be there with him. Words can't express gratitude I have for this establishment.

Highly recommend. They are more than vets there, they are friends! They care for your baby and it shows! Been to other vets prior, and will never leave twin pines now!

I have been going to twin pines since I can remember with my mom and all the animals we had. I am now 30 and would never go any where else. They’ve always been awesome with all check ups, vaccines and questions and the occasional “urgent” appointment. But this past week the worst thing happened to my 7 year old boxer, he was attacked and in bad shape!! My fur baby had been sick for a few days and it was becoming worse. I called Twin Pines, they were able to work me in; my girl had thrown up eight times and I was frightened. The techs and vet checked her out, Twin Pines kept her overnight, she was dehydrated along with some type of bug. I was able to bring her home the following evening. From the front desks to the tech’s to the vet, everyone was professional, helpful and put me at ease. I dislike going to doctors but i never mind going to Twin Pines

Always get friendly service. Vet’s are interested in what is happening with your pets and go above and beyond. When we lost our yorkiepoo they made us a paw print and were very supportive.

Was hung up on after being quizzed on my information which was under another family members name. Was told it was too long since I have been here and was hung up on. I spoke with the manager Kristie (sp?) who informed me that they were not taking new patients. Why wasn’t that simply explained to me as soon as the person who hung up on me answered? Goodbye never doing business with this place and I suggest you don’t either. Disgusting behavior.

They always have a time slot that is usually from that day to just a matter of a day or so. very prompt. They have wonderful Doctors and have been with them for 19 years.

Ever since the clinic has been sold and being ran by someone else, I have never been so unhappy with a place. When I call on a morning because i have a sick dog and they want to charge me extra to get my dog in the same day, that is ridiculous. A few months later my other dog is injured and the ladies are rude and want to handle things themselves without consulting with a doctor first, wow. My dog was bad where he need antibiotics and pain medicine. Girls up front are not professional.
