Management very rude and unprofessional and will just stand and watch the tellers work. Never offer to help them just stand there. At least look like your working while the tellers get busy.

Went to pay rent this morning for my husband business and my card kept getting declined. I checked the app to make sure I had the money and I did so I called the bank to be told I had $1,000 spending limit for the day. So I asked to speak to a manager who could help me to be told nope because my card isn’t 90 days and a year for my account I would need to drive 1.5 hours to a branch to have my limit raised. When asked why there was a limit on my card when I didn’t ask for one nor was I told there would be one on my card I was told it was federal law. (I spoke to my mother in law who has worked for a bank for 35 years and a credit union I bank with all said it’s not a federal law). When said driving wasn’t an option as I needed to pay it now I was told that there was no other way. So I asked what would happen had I been traveling (as we do at least once a month) and now I’m stuck on the side of the road due to spending limit she said that it wasn’t her problem and I’d have to wait and then told me the conversation was over as this is not her problem.

I must say I was impressed with the customer service I received from all workers today. I was having bad luck and a terrible day until I walked in. They helped me figure out my situation and when I left, I was smiling and so grateful for their help. I am definitely glad I bank with US Bank!

Very poor customer support. Refinanced my car loan at this location, and they did not understand how their own US Bank would handle it. I was told that they would submit the necessary paperwork with the DMV, and have the new title with lien forwarded to me. 4 months later, I find myself working to resolve their problem. No apology, no accountability, no way that these people should still have a job since they cannot conduct standard banking sales.

Very disappointed with the customer service I received from this bank. My account stopped working because they changed my address to a family members account who lives over 100 miles away and their name is not associated with my account. I made a withdraw from the atm and it gave me half of a $20. I took it inside and they wrote up a loss form and said they would open a case for me. About a week later, I got a letter saying that there was nothing they could do. Did I mention that letter got sent to that other family member 100 miles away...
