I was in a real pickle with a malfunctioning phone. I came in close to closing, which I didn’t know, and they stayed a bit late to get me sorted out. It was imperative to my job to have access to my phone. They saved the day!!!

Typically, I dread going into the cell phone store… but Rob was so helpful and patient that with me and I helped me figure out the issue I was having with my email app really quickly and showed me a few tricks to make life easier in the future. Also my wife’s phone screen has been cracked for months and he was able to find a promotion that I didn’t see online and upgraded her phone without changing my monthly bill. Thanks for the help Rob, I’ll definitely be checking back in when the iPhone 17 comes out!

We just dealt with Conner and had an excellent experience. We have been at verizon stores in all surrounding states and Conner knew exactly what my issue was and fixed it within minutes. We will be doing all future business at this location!

Stopped in quick while driving through the area. Mr. Connor was wonderful able to help my mother fix a couple issues on her phone in just minutes. Very professional and curteous.

We had an amazing experience with John Paul at the St. Joseph, Missouri Verizon store! We were switching 7 phones from another carrier, and he went above and beyond during a difficult and time-consuming process! Since we were only available to meet on a Sunday, we weren't able to transport our phone numbers until the following day. John Paul set us up with temporary numbers and spent additional time on Monday to ensure the process was handled smoothly. He has continued to be a valuable resource for any questions, and we are so grateful for his personal assistance and all his help in making a difficult process much easier to handle!

I first went into the St. Joseph, MO Verizon wireless on December 23rd to inquire about switching from another carrier. This is when John Paul introduced himself and walked me through what my options were and we set it up for the following day...Christmas Eve. I told John I leave work at 2pm and could be there by 2:15 and have my family meet us. We were moving 3 lines from another carrier to Verizon and activating a 4th line. This process ended up taking a couple of hours. John Paul was supposed to already be off of work on Christmas Eve, but he stayed and went above and beyond for us so our kids could have their new phones for Christmas! Highly recommend this location!
