The in person office staff are amazing. They always are and now with everything becoming virtual they meet the challenge. All though in all honesty, if that girl that stays with you through your entire appointment, isn’t getting seriously good money? She sure as heck should be! She’s doing everything, including the doctor’s job. I’m all for virtual but I gotta say that for an eye appointment… it looked exhausting for the tech and honestly was a little frustrating.
But the office staff rock.

Highly disappointed in this company. I have scheduled a couple of appointments now and they keep cancelling on me. This time it is a week before my appointment that I took off work for. I will NOT be using this company again.

I have been a patron of this Visionworks location for many years and have always had positive experiences. I would like to note that an employee named Isabella helped me this past appointment and that she was very kind, personable and pleasant to speak with. Dr. Philippi was thorough as always and very professional. I would recommend this establishment to anyone in need of eye care.

Had an appt for 1245. Showed up at 1250 w literally 1 other customer in the business. Worker said it kicked me out since they only had a 2 minute grace period and I had to reschedule. Earliest next appt was month in a half later! 😆 you all aren't that busy bra. I'll go somewhere else

I had a great experience at Visionworks purchasing my glasses. Isabella helped me choose frames that would compliment my facial structure and was very informative with the additional features I could purchase for my lenses. She was able to look up my vision insurance and explain the benefits that my insurance offered. She was caring, attentive, and knowledgeable. I will return to Visionworks when it’s time for new glasses.
