I don't remember her name, but she found my frames and changed them out in less than 10 minutes. Friendly and helpful staff, awesome doctor and clean store. Customer service was amazing. She helped two of us customers quickly and with wonderful service!Excellent store!

I was a customer of this place for over 20 years and the last two years they have cancelled my appt at the last hour. Which is a big deal because it's an 80 mile 1.5 hr trip for me only to find out no appt. I'm done going here, because I don't have time and money to waste! I was always happy with the glasses and Dr, but the customer service in my opinion needs a lot of improvement. I'm not going back!! Thanks VisionWorks!

I live 80 miles away and twice they have cancelled out my appt. within 2-3 hours of the time. It costs me a good deal of time and money only to be disappointed that I was cancelled out at the last hour. Wasted my money and time, don't count on Your appt being valid. Had been a customer for over 20 years. No longer will patronize them. Poor customer service and sometimes people working at front can be very rude. Would not Recommend.

They take your money for contacts trial basis.order contacts for you to try and 7 months later I'm still waiting for contacts.

Customer service help was very good and I appreciate everything she did for me and very respectful and polite and she also was very well spoken to me and other customers which was elderly and couldn't hear very well I take that in a strong support in letting others know that visiting visionworks is a place to get their glasses from ur business thank u very much and God Bless

I called ahead of time asking for a specific kind of frame. Receptionist informed me they indeed had my fame so I went in. She did take the time to find the specific frame I needed. However, her personable skills need improvement as she didn't talk much had a very direct tone which generally comes across as rude, and just overall was not very friendly. However that did not bother me until the end. She rang up my total (after she was silent for 30 minutes putting it all in the iPad) and insurance and stated the total was over $500 for one pair of glasses. I asked what the insurance paid for and she stated "quite a bit actually they were $900 without insurance". I proceeded to say "I bought my current designer branded glasses with all of the same 'fixins/extras' and paid significantly less than that', she was silent. I stated 'it's just I've bought glasses my entire life and they've never ever equaled $900" mind you I never hade a rude tone I was genuinely confused how the total accumulated to such a high amount. & instead of breaking it down for me, the receptionist stated "yeah well I've bought eggs my whole life & now they're $7 at the store, everything goes up". Very rude, very. I've worked in customer service my entire life & I was baffled by such a negative response. So I didn't even state a response because earlier in the conversation I specifically I told her I bought 6 pairs of glasses last year & have been extremely blind my entire life I'm very well aware of how much these cost & what I spend on them. Again, never have they been $900. To which afterwards she stated "I wish I could give them out for free, but I can't". She truly did not know the nature of my problem or how to solve it nor did she explain the cost while adding it up. She needed to break down the total with me to clear any discrepancies or confusion, but instead she basically told me inflation was the reason & I should get used to it. After receiving my glasses later this month, I will not return to do business here with my '$900' glasses each year.

Okay eye exam, doctor was nice and considerate, but I wasn't too happy to learn that I had to pay 95 dollars out of pocket for such a short visit because they don't accept Medicaid/United Healthcare. I will be going somewhere else that accepts such to get glasses because I cannot afford to pay a large amount on glasses.

Walked in at 2:55pm on 1/7/23, today. The young girl at the front counter was polite but the woman that came back to check me in was rude before I even said anything. She sighed as she sat down like she was irritated I was even standing in front of her. Well im sorry it's Saturday and you have to work. I dont deal with customer service being rude to me so I called her out. Me and my husband had appointments at 3 and 3:20. I told her nevermind because I wasn't going to deal with her attitude. You lost money on two paying customers that would have bought 3 pairs of glasses and contacts. I came here because I had a similar experience elsewhere and I was hoping this place would be different. Im so tired of rude people. Well you should think that maybe that person has run off other customers. I left the time and date so you'd know who was working because I didn't catch her name.
