They are rude, no help and talked amongst them selves rather than be of assistance.i asked for assistance and clerk was hateful and took ten minutes to finish conversation with co worker before she could help me, and was no help.

This is by far the best Walgreens/ pharmacy in the entire country. They have been so much help. Fast and awesome service. Flexible and genuine. Have always come through when no other pharmacy could. I appreciate all the help

Horrible Customer service, Managers Sam & Robin are rude and unprofessional! Tried to buy a product and they refused to sell it, because they wanted to save it for a buddy. Unprofessional and DO NOT recommend wasting your hard earned money here!!

Tessera is such a rude manger that I've ever encountered. She completely snapped over something so minor when really she could've asked nicely. I was asking for something that I needed, but for goodness sake she threw a tantrum like a child! I hope this Walgreens improves.

Every time I have gone into Walgreens on 2620 S Belt Hwy in Saint Joseph, MO, the ENTIRE STAFF wears their masks under their noses. No point in coming to this store when they don't care about the health of their consumers during a rampant pandemic. This is a place of medicine where we have vulnerable parts of our population going into that store, and they don't care. I asked a couple employees why, they told me the following lie:
