“This is my go to place for tire needs. I called on a weekend and spoke with Timothy, who was extremely rude. He told me they had no openings for that day but when I went online to book an appointment, they had an entire afternoon open. This was after being spoken to rudely from him on the phone then he proceeded to hang up on me. I went to my appointment, and the issue still wasn't fixed. Brought it back on Monday and dealt with Kaleb, who was an absolute delight as always. Kaleb fixed the problem with no issues. I always look forward to working with Kaleb.”
