I have been with Alltru for many years and I have never had an issue with any of the many services that have been provided to me. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly and they are always willing to help with any questions or concerns that may come up. Many of them have become like "extended family" to me ... And that speaks volumes!!!

Alltru Credit Union accepted us as as being our car lender. They have been wonderful from the beginning. They have helped us along the way with questions, problems, and answered them with open arms. I would recommend them for other loans and also bank accounts as well!

Since I've become this bank, I don't care if it's the wentzville location or St. Louis location. Everybody has a friendly smile. You can't go wrong with that. These big banks. They don't know what they're doing but alltru they know when I walk into the bank is like I'm going home. They're like your family members, your mom and dad, brother and sister their family and that's why I like about this bank. They treat you like family

NEVER had issues with my card or transactions until switching to this Credit Union. They have blocked numerous transactions that was unnecessary. Microsoft for $16.99 (Xbox subscription) 3 months in a row. Even after saying it was me in the texts they sent. Microsoft is a known company why are you blocking my subscription?! Another example that happened recently... I didnt some Christmas shopping online, Alltru sent me a text asking if a transaction for $28 was me and I didn't see it. So they turned my card off without me knowing. I went the next day to Dollar Tree and my card declined for $9.XX and wouldn't run as credit either. I thought well maybe it was DTs system. Then I couldn't buy anything from Taco Bell (total was literally 1.09). I had my husband check his texts and he got the messages for my card instead of me! I couldn't use my card until he responded yes it was me who made that purchase of $28 last night. SERIOUSLY!! They then let me use my card for the Taco Bell transaction but the following day (today) my card was declined AGAIN at Dollar Tree. How embarrassing to wait in line DURING the holidays for my card to decline for NO reason. I don't have an institution near me anymore and I have a feeling I'll have to drive an hour just to get a new card... And put it on all of the subscriptions and automatic payments that get pulled from my account. How inconvenient. I might have to switch banks, as I've only had them maybe 9 months and I've had more issues with them than I did in the 13 years I had First community. There is no excuse for this. If they seen fraud why didn't the call or email after turning my card off????? NOT HAPPY.Update: Their customer service goes to a call center instead of a branch. When I called to figure out why my card wouldnt work the rep just transferred me, didn't even say a word to me that see was. It's very infuriating. Still not having a great experience. They said my card was turned off by my bank and nit the fraud team so I had to call the bank....Update2: I called and spoke with the bank. Came across a whole new issue..... I pulled money from an ATM a MONTH ago, my account reflected it. It showed the next day that it was pulled. Everything was fine. Still showed it a couple days later. Somehow I get an ATM charge on my account TODAY going into the negative.... the day before Thanksgiving. They said they credited my account the money I withdrawn from the ATM a MONTH AGO, and just charged me for it today. WHAT BANK DOES THAT?! I pulled money from the ATM a month ago and shouldn't be charged today for it. It reflected and posted on my account y'all should have LEFT IT ALONE.This whole thing has been the worst experience. Not staying with them.

Never had issues taking my dog into any bank/credit union til I came here. Considering the branches are like 30m apart as well this is a huge inconvenience for ppl who are on foot with their pets.

Alltru took and chance on me, when my bank that I’ve had for over 10 years didn’t. Stephanie Hughes went far and beyond the call of duty to get my loan approval and Emma Hershberger was so kind and helpful with any questions. I would recommend Alltru to anyone seeking a great banking experience.

They’ve been helping me w my auto loans for years now and have always been great. Kim Geen specifically has helped me so much! Customer service is great and she’s always able to make things happen quickly. I definitely recommend her and Alltru to anyone needing help with auto loans!

Poor customer service, was working through the process to provide needed documentation. they never provided specifics, and closed my account without warning. Don't bother with them.

Customer service is amazing. Anytime I had a problem it was quickly resolved. I absolutely love the mobile app. It is easy and convenient to move money around when you need it. Thank you ALLTRU.

For the short time I’ve been with this Credit Union I can honestly say they Deliver! From speaking to someone on the phone or going into the Credit Union everyone is knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly . I’ve haven’t experienced this from any bank in a long time. I just want to thank each and everyone of you at AllTru and continue doing what you do for your customers.

This has been my bank for almost 5 years. To be honest it’s an overall pretty cool bank, but the only thing is their workers stay with bad attitudes. nobody hardly greets you with a smile. They are all usually staring at you with a frowns on their faces. Hopefully their customers service improves asap

Alltru Credit Union is always finding ways to offer higher deposit rates and lower loan rates. I like that they are competitive in the financial industry. I will continue to use their services and recommend them to friends and family.

I've heard for years that I should join a credit union and leave the banks behind, so I did and Alltru is perfect for my banking needs. I wish I had done it a whole lot sooner. Customer service is the best!

Horrible bank. Atms don't work as good as other bank atms. They don't have many locations. You pay to park going to the downtown, St. Louis Location.
