I mean it’s a convenient store, staff very friendly, i come here often, very clean, my only thing is they should Make sure they’re checking food and condiments. My bqq sauce was hard as a rock 😭

I miss the old ownership
The people working here are rude af and don’t know how to answer questions.. store needs to be shut down because there is no management at this place… nothing has improved since my last visit and it’s worse than it ever was with this new management. we need miss Q to come back

This store no longer cooks food to order when there is none under the lamp.
New ownership is employing people without enough english to converse with customers.
Entire night crew is at 35% english comprehension.

Very convenient way to get things in an unfamiliar city. I love 7/11s website and their app to have things delivered to my hotel! It is so user friendly and easy to get what you need. It is the most innovative app out there besides Walmart! I really don’t shop at other convenient stores because of the app

The clerk refused to sell me alcohol because I was using a passport for my ID. I tried to explain that it’s a valid form of ID but he told me he didn’t care. I used to come here and never had problem but I just found this frustrating:( I guess it’s their right but just seems like an odd thing to do. I found it really rude.

Rude evening attendant. He wears a turban and a gown of some sort. Went to the bar next door for a fundraiser.
Of course no parking so we parked in the 7-11 lot. We were in the bar for maybe an hour and was told by the bar owner if we don't move our cars we would be towed. Not only us but multiple people that parked on the side (not in the front of the store) was told to leave or cars would be towed. I tried asking the gentleman at 7-11 if we could stay because there was no parking and he said the tow truck was on its way if we didn't move. I PATRONIZE this facility a few times a week. Won't be back. I own a business and would never treat anybody this way.

Best 7/11 on the south thanks to Mrs Q and her family. Very clean , professional and nice . Worth the drive no matter where you are.

I'm giving it two stars because it's become worse than it used to be, at least for me. Their inventory isn't a good: that no longer have wasabi peanuts. That's pretty much the only reason I went here. Also every time I get a soda, their fountain is messed up. You'll get color or left over soda and the machine will dispense, I guess water, randomly when if you're not pushing any buttons. The old soda machine was better. The new one is odd. They no longer have an item I like. Everything is super expensive. Thus, through their own choices, they have fallen especially when there are so many other options nearby.
