I come here usually multiple times a day, all of the staff is great and the owner is really cool. He genuinely cares about the store doing well and being clean with great workers. He’s always open to feedback as well. My fav gas station 💕

I was visited store on 22March2025 evening time clerk with long hair working there he was treating very disrespectful way no hi hello nothing when say something also he behaving Rude.It was irritated me a lot please take care of this kind of people no good customer service.

Overcharging for drinks when it says that it’s on sale, 2 for $3. When I brought it to the workers attention they didn’t seem to know a thing. I asked for a manager there wasn’t one on duty apparently so here’s a review instead. There’s also no signs for the prices of hot food items. Please pay attention to your receipts and as for management don’t list prices that aren’t accurate and train your employees better. It looks like this isn’t the first time someone has been overcharged. That’s call bait and switch techniques and that’s illegal.

Support a local franchisee and not the greedy corporate owned QT across the street. They could have put that qt in anywhere.....
I've lived around the corner for 7 years now, and the owner/manager is the nicest guy. And he makes sure that his team are the nicest people too. The store is always clean and smells good like pizza and chicken wings!
That QT across the road may be new and shiny, but it will never give you that neighborhood convenience store feeling.

Please be aware this 7-Eleven .. absolutely a scam.. When you grab an item and the price under the item says one amount. It will ring up a completely different price at the register,obviously higher. When you confront the employee, he says the item was in the wrong place???? The store is dirty and smells musty.

When was the last time your bathroom was cleaned? It’s been a long time! Most disgusting bathroom I’ve ever seen!
To the owner or manager… I thought you should know… when I got back to my car I thought, ‘These guys will be in trouble if QuickTrip open a location nearby.’ Then I saw a brand new one being built!
Don’t be mad when your business goes to the new QT (when they open) since you don’t take care of your place of business!
Reply to the generic response... Go to the store that bears your name on it and fix the problem before your new competition crushes your business and takes your money!

I work in the office building next door on the other side of Lackland. I come into this store pretty much every day. The franchise owner and their entire staff are all so pleasant, kind, friendly and welcoming. Food is always fresh and the store is impeccably clean. Even with the new QT opening, I will still be in every day.

Customer service sucks the older white man and young boy are a terrible duo. Only time I get great interactions here is from the older man where is solo and usually working nights.

Terrible customer service. Prices are incorrect on the shelf. Owner/Manager was very rude. Would not honor price on shelf.

You cannot swipe card at pump, cashier makes you come in. I will go elsewhere everytime this happens. Fix your operation
