I can't remember what his name was but he was great! (He picked up my Jeep today) I was quoted a 1 1/2 hour wait and he was there in about 30 minutes. He was very personable and funny. He helped make a bad situation less stressful for me.

I have called this company twice for a tow. Both times Josh S came out and was great! He is nice and got the job done quickly. Both times Josh was there within 25 minutes.

Called several tow companies and by far this one gave the fastest and friendliest service. Was surprised by the high price but that might be becoming more common. Josh S came with his truck and was very kind and helpful.

Got a flat on 64 hwy early Sunday morning. Called this place and a guy named Josh S. Showed up within like 7 min. Super quick, decent price for how far I went to the shop, and took good care of the car for me. Thanks guys.

My Subaru stopped igniting one fine day. And I didn’t have a jump start. Had to call a road side assistance for that. The one I chose (Express Towing) didn’t even turn up after 5 hours with no communication, it was very frustrating.
Then I was connected with A-Always, it was a good experience. They were there within 40mins of the ETA. I was informed on call for any delays. Finally Mr. Bam Bam came and I was on road in no time. He was helpful and suggested few options for my battery diagnosis and replacement. Good service, I liked it! Thanks!

Joshua also known as Bam Bam took very good care of me and my car. My truck wouldn't start even after I jumped it; which caused me to worry. Bam arrived and handled my situation in a very professional manner and taught me a few new things. I am very appreciative to have met him. He was awesome.

My tow driver Ray was awesome, came on time as expected was thrown a loop because I also locked my keys in the car he was so kind and patient got me up and running how I appreciated him and his frien ly calm manner. Awesome
