I've been using them for years. It's always clean. I can pay online but they are always friendly at the facility as well.

Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience at this facility. My storage unit was broken into, and several irreplaceable items were stolen, including belongings from a late relative. The facility’s response felt indifferent, and it seems that security isn’t a priority here. While I understand things happen, theft appears common in this area, so I would caution others to look elsewhere. Reviews should reflect actual experiences; I hope Google will ensure feedback like this is valued.

I would like to express that Alan, your Manager at the Storage Inn is a very helpful, kind, patient and knows exactly what he is doing and takes care of any questions that I may have. He is very knowledgeable about what he is doing and very thorough and polite when I need questions or help answered. Storage Inn is very lucky to have such a great and personable Manager as Alan.

These guys are awesome! I rent two units from them and they always make it easy, quick, and fair. As a business owner, it’s important to me to have units that are clean, well kept, and secure with fair pricing and these guys check all of those boxes! If you’re looking into getting a unit, I highly recommend them.

I’ve rented a few storage units, but the communication and personal service with this company is outstanding, Alan ( spelling may be wrong) was polite and very helpful with the storage unit I needed, making my stressful situation easy. Thanks again Alan.

A Storage Inn has been servicing my family needs since 2014. It has been a fantastic company to deal with, easy to get a hold of, and phenomenal customer service.I would recommend anyone to use them. Be up front, and stay in contact with them, and there shouldn't ever be complications.
