A big shout out to Michael such a nice guy. My unit was broken into the first month. I was there and he took the time to come up here to Missouri to give me a brand new door. He was compassionate understanding very kind person. Anytime I had any questions I will call him and he took care of every need. I had thank you Michael for all you do. I really really appreciate you.

I've only had the storage unit for a few months and I was paying $38 a month. The staff members are very nice and professional. I received a email last week stating that my rent will be going up by $20 in 2 months. It would have been four stars it wasn't for that. Nothing is perfect so nothing ever gets five. Therefore I will be looking around at other storage units or perhaps moving to a smaller one. Now I paid $58 once then $67 twice. Keep saying oh $9 for insurance when that was already in the price I paid. About to drop this to a 1 star.

Don't rent here! They're cheaters! Some months ago one of the rental agents talked me into upgrading my unit to a larger one to take advantage of a special promotional offer. She said that my rate would not change for as long as I have the unit. Since I had been renting a smaller unit for years without my rate increasing, I thought that acquiring a larger unit for a lower price would be awesome. Boy they sure did pull the wool over my eyes. I was just getting ready to pay my bill and I noticed that the amount doubled. I called the office and the agent was very snobby and unprofessional. I'll put her name in the comments when I acquire it. They really scammed me. I previously left a comment thanking them for their wonderful service. Not anymore. Just like society, they have also changed for the worse. Don't rent here. It's not the increasing that's bothering me the most. It's that I was reassured by the rental agent that, per the owner, the rate would not change. I don't know if I have a legal leg to stand on but I'm going to check into it. People are terrible. Just awful liars just to make a buck.

Kelly was so awesome when I came in. She walked me through every I needed to know and was very respectful and polite. I would recommend this storage to anyone that needs one.

Came in on Tuesday just trying to get an idea of storage won't need till December, Met with manager Kelly who was very informative and showed me different options and answered all my concerns.It was nice to see there are still workers out there that take pride in their job this will be the place for me Thanks
