I was there for aaa international driving permit. And the staff there is so amazing!!! She’s very friendly and willing to be of help. BTW, she took a very nice photo for me! Very impressive, I would recommend AAA set up a service of taking passport photo.

Any time I call this location never go through I stay on 40 minutes. I have home and Auto I have been a member for 11 years I'm thinking about changing my insurance

I am writing to urgently warn you about the highly unscrupulous practices and dishonest behavior I encountered at the AAA Insurance branch located at Lindell. It is of utmost importance that potential customers are made aware of the unethical conduct that occurs at this specific location.My experiences at this AAA Insurance branch have been nothing short of a nightmare. I was initially quoted a specific price for my insurance coverage, only to find that increased amounts were unlawfully withdrawn from my bank account. It became evident that this was not an isolated incident, as other customers have reported similar occurrences. It appears that the representatives deliberately provide lower quotes to entice individuals into purchasing policies, only to manipulate the information and charge higher amounts without consent.In addition to the fraudulent financial practices, I discovered that my insurance information was intentionally sent to the wrong mailing address. This deliberate act ensured that I remained unaware of the discrepancies until I reviewed my bank statement. It is clear that this location engages in deceitful tactics aimed at taking advantage of unsuspecting customers.Moreover, the supervisor at this branch, Michael, is directly involved in these fraudulent activities. Despite my repeated requests to cancel my auto policy and obtain a refund for the unauthorized withdrawals, he not only refused to assist but also threatened me with the possibility of negative implications on my credit report. This intimidation and lack of accountability demonstrated by Michael are deeply concerning and indicative of a severe lack of integrity within your organization.I implore AAA Insurance to take immediate and decisive action to address the corruption and misconduct occurring at this location. It is essential that you thoroughly investigate the practices of the representatives and hold them accountable for their actions. Furthermore, the supervisor, Michael, should be removed from his position as his involvement in these illicit practices is detrimental to the reputation and credibility of AAA Insurance.As a customer, I strongly advise against seeking any insurance services from the AAA Insurance branch at Lindell. The deceptive practices, unauthorized withdrawals, and unprofessional behavior exhibited by the representatives and supervisor make it abundantly clear that this location cannot be trusted. AAA Insurance must prioritize integrity and customer satisfaction to ensure the continued success of its business.I trust that AAA Insurance will take my warning seriously and promptly address the severe issues at this location. After months of waiting, my auto claim hasn’t been finalized. I have received no payment and am now reporting them to Missouri Department of Insurance for unfair claims settlement practice and violating Missouri law.

I'm highly disappointed in the office. I have AAA for my car, home and roadside assistance. I was recently stranded at a wedding about 38 minutes from home. They could not and did not find a service tech that would come help me. They basically left me stranded to find another company (keep in mind my policy is paidin full!) I found another company to rescue me and now they won't pay me the reimbursement for what i had to pay because they could not and did not assist when i needed them. They are only good at collecting your money for your policy but they do not come through when you need them. I have been given nothing but the runaround from this Lindell Office. Take your money somewhere else!

We used AAA Travel on Lindell. We've planned our past trips ourselves and thought we would use a travel agent this time instead. We've decided to go back to making our own arrangements for our next trip. The ONLY thing the travel agent did was book the flight and hotel. No suggestions, no advise, nothing.Maybe the role of a travel agent has changed. Also, we prob could have gotten a better price on the flights and hotel if we wld have done it ourselves. If ur expecting more than a booking agent then ur out of luck with this travel agency.

It wasn’t good. To start out the guy we signed the policy with wasn’t cooperative at all and was very lazy. He made us do a lot of stuff and wouldn’t help us understand what information we need from our previous insurer. Then threatened to pull our policy or give us a penalty charge if we didn’t get it to him. I ended up calling the local office to us and they fixed the problem for us in one all and even saved us money. We were also told by BOTH people, the original guy and the sedalia mo office that our policy would be transferrable or that they were nation wide so all we had to do was change our address. Well that wasn’t true either so we had a I get a whole new policy elsewhere or drive 4.5 hours to do a whole new policy through aaa. Worst experience because it felt like we were lied too. I don’t recommend AAA to anyone.

The place is small and cramped. Horrible customer service. Took me an hour to get a ID renewed when it only takes the process only takes a few minutes. Probably because one of the clerks took a smoke break after every customer. Oh and its not ok for you to stand when there is no seats but it's ok for you to sit on your lovers lap cause COVID understands. SHUT IT DOWN!

Very very unprofessional, The claims agent Claims that it would be 2 weeks before she can get a police report. That same report I went and got within 2 days within 2 days Anne sent to her and her supervisor and did not hear back from either one of them. The car repair shop has been trying to contact them since the sit's the 6th of January January and has not gotten any response. I don't know who's running the business over there but they need help.

AAA have got to be a scandalous company, they when into my bank account and they to get a payment out of my account without my Permission and had my account overdraft, I told that they had to replace that, and they did but I had to report them to the BBB before it was done.

I called at 7 am. They showed after 12 noon. I told the phone rep I was n a friends car and didn't have my wallet. After waiting all that time they did not serve me because I had no id, and I've been a customer over 5 years. I've been served before with no id. Not pleased at all.
